Awful experience
Awful experience, the gent who came out, told me he could not do anything but then filled it, and it looks worse than the stone chip. He then said I would have put in a new screen, I will book you in. I politely declined and said I would speak to my husband. The last time it went into preston, they did not put the screen in straight and dented my roof in the process.
Raise a complaint with the head office.

Poor Service
Had to wait a week for appointment at home
Then turned up two days in a row with the wrong windscreen
Third time managed correct windscreen
Not the fitters fault who were very apologetic but extremely poor logistics.
Can't say much more than that.
Would not recommend.

Windscreen not in 1st time even though…
Windscreen not in 1st time even though booked 2 weeks in advance
2nd attempt windsreen in but failed to set wipers correctly and 1st time used they crashed together so had to get a mobile unit to call by

Poor service
Poor service, with staff who showed little customer service skills
Adequate room to wait, although for 4 hours, this was a dreadful experience.
Poor toilet facilities with no offer of refreshments or a vending machine to make one's self a tea or coffee
My car was filthy when they finished with no seat, carpet or dashboard covers used.
All in a disgusting experience

The edging between the glass and body…
The edging between the glass and body had several gaps. Im worried that this will cause leaking when im washing the car. Also when there is bad weather. I took photos and complained at the time but was told it was because National have supplied 'aftermarket' glass rather than the BMW correct glass. Not very happy as think this has been done on the cheap and faults will occur.
