AVOID and check all reviews before going ro this place. My insurance company recommended me but I've had a horrible experience with them and I would not ever recommend even my enemies to go. Seriously cowboys working there in the Romford Branch. Notified head office and still didnt sort my problem. Basically they broke another part while putting g new windscreen on and saying it wasn't them. All broken glass all over front seats the windscreen itself is blurry. I think it would have been better to drive with a chip in the windscreen then face all of the problems I had. AVOID AVOID AVOID.

It was good to have the option of a home visit by a technician or to take my vehicle to a service centre. I chose the home visit and on the day I could track the technician. He called me 20 mins before his arrival. The replacement side window took approx 45 mins to replace. The technician ensured I was happy with the all work undertaken and his service before he left. He was a friendly guy who was very experienced in his role.

Flawless install with the same glass used by BMW and the heads-up display and all sensors calibrated perfectly. Was nervous prior to install but very happy with the result. Great friendly service too btw.
