The appointment was for 11 o'clock but they start to work to my car at 12:30. Waste a lot from my time. I understand that are busy but they should schedule the process better. I understand if they start 15 minutes after the schedule time but 1 hour and a half it's to much.

The windscreen was replaced
The windscreen was replaced, and everything turned out great! I had a little loose scuttle panel, but the team quickly fixed it for me in just five minutes when I came back to get it taken care of.

I just wanted to say what a great experience I had! My windscreen was replaced very quickly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. There was a minor hiccup with the fan heater afterwards, which turned out to be a parking ticket that got stuck in it, but when I brought the car back, the team listened to my feedback and sorted it out in no time at all. I really appreciate how promptly and professionally everything was handled. Overall, I'm very happy with the service and would be more than happy to recommend you to others! Thanks again for your help.

Shoddy work... so far 3 times I have had to bring my car
Had to come to have repairs done to my vehicle 3 times as my car has damaged when windscreen was replaced and refitted, once at westfield and twice at romford. Shoddy work and will never come back to national Windscreens again
