Navi Auto Transport 

They send out bids for someone to transport which is fine but when they say your pickup is on a certain day and time that may not be the case. So you wait around. You better start sourcing well before you really need the car picked up. Also DO NOT PURCHASE THE LIVE TRACKING ON THE VEHICLE. It's a scam. Not every carrier has that capability and they won't refund you for it if the carrier doesn't have it. Also, they advertise no surprise pricing. My price was $300 more than what was quoted.

I have been waiting 10 days for my vehicle to be shipped from MA to CO. And they use the “bait and switch” with pricing. I periodically get calls from an AI bot “Jake” who offers to ship the vehicle for hundreds of dollars more than the contracted price. When I decline, the bot says that if I don’t accept this price, I may be waiting a while.
I have used SGT Transport numerous times in the past, and they have never failed. Fortune Magazine ranked Navi highly, along with several others. That’s why I chose to try Navi. Never again.

1) I was quoted an estimate of around $650, but when a carrier was assigned, the price shot up to around $1100. I felt like this was a bait and switch. I had no choice but to pay it. Since I needed to get that vehicle moved as soon as possible. They really need to give quotes that more closely match the actual price.
2) Despite making it clear that the business my vehicle was being delivered to was only open until 6pm, the carrier dropped it off at 10pm. To the carrier's credit, the vehicle was dropped off in good condition, which is the reason I gave them 2 stars.

Navis driver gave me a pick up date and delivery date and was on time with both. He also gave me updates as he got near.

Great experience with moving my non running 1987 Oldsmobile Cutlass 442 from Florida to Michigan. Ivan was my driver and did a great job transporting my car. They picked up earlier than dispatch anticipated. But delivered a day later than expected due to other unforeseen issues at prior deliveries on the route. Would definitely use NAVI again in the future.

Navi is a reliable company.

Delivery was 5 days late. Tracking was manipulated to show on time in transit until day of promised delivery. Was told I could pay total with my debit card until time of delivery, then had to go to bank to withdraw cash, and price was suddenly raised $85.00. Was told several times over 4 days that a supervisor or manager would reach out to me which was also a total LIE! This is by far the worst business I have ever encountered in my 62 years of life.

This company is the worst I've dealt with, ever! At first I got a quote and talked to Adam or Alex in July for a transport in September. There was some communication during this time via email. 2 days before expected pickup I received a call from Jerry "the bot" stating they have found a carrier however the price more than doubled, holy smokes. I approved the increase and set up a date for pickup. All of a sudden the driver for the carrier could not drive in Georgia, wait what? The ghosting started. Then after the fact I got a call from a manager to cancel the contract they could not fulfill. Consumer beware!

Navi transported my antique car from Houston to Indiana. The price was reasonable after getting quotes from other carriers. Zeke the dispatcher was friendly and helpful. The assigned transportation company Jackson Transport was excellent. Delivered on time and communication from Navi and Jackson was great.

Second time using NAVI - great experience from start to finish both times. First one enclosed carrier, second one open. Vehicles arrived in perfect condition. Don't be alarmed if carriers change after initial assignment - seems like Uber/Lyft drivers changing. Timely, helpful communications from both NAVI and the carriers. Would definitely recommend.

We have shipped many vehicles cross-country over the years, and this was BY FAR the absolute WORST experience we have ever had transporting a car. We shipped from California to New York, and had several issues: (1) the car was 4 days late on an 8-day trip, (2) Customer service (both Navi's and the local transport company's) were completely useless. They lied to us about where the car was, never returned calls despite promising to "get right back to you," and then flat-out stopped answering their phones, (3) Navi claims they have live-tracking of your car. NOT TRUE. The tracking NEVER WORKS. It constantly shows a message that says something to the effect of "Live tracking is not working right now, Vehicle location is estimated based on schedule." (4) We did not get a SINGLE phone call, text or email letting us know that our car was going to be late. If we had known the car would be 4 days late, we could have made alternate plans. (5) We asked for a manager to call us back at least a dozen times. Every time, they told us that the manager was unavailable, but would call us back as soon as they were available. Never again.

DO NOT USE NAVI. I hope anyone considering using Navi read my review. They did not pick up my car in the 3 day window. In fact it’s been exactly one week since they were supposed to pick up my car and I still have not received any information or help on their end. I have asked 6 times to have a team lead or supervisor call me back. No one has returned my call yet. I have decided to cancel my order with Navi, and use another company, however I will now have to pay for a rental car and pay extra for guaranteed pick up. Combined I’m looking at 800-1200$ in extra costs ( in addition to the baseline cost of shipping my car). It has been a horrible experience. I am using Montway and thus far have had a very good experience with them.

Communication and tracking features were excellent.Everything went as planned and very smoothly.

I booked a car to be shipped in Feb for Aug. there was zero communication unless I initiated it. For two full weeks they told me (on my twice daily calls) that they were working on it. One day there had been a proposal from a carrier but no one called me and as 3 hours had passed it was no longer available. The people on the phone were nice and very apologetic, but if a carrier doesn’t bid they have no control. I asked several times about the pick up location and price and whether they were a factor. They told me no, and when I asked about paying more again they put me through to Sales. I left multiple messages for Sales, supervisors, etc and no one called me back. One helpful person conceded that taking my car to another city (3 hours away) would improve my chances but no guarantee. At That point in time the car was so late, and my family member on the other end was stranded so I went to another company. I paid $1000 more for 2 day guaranteed shipping.

This was such a frustrating, stressful, and non-existent customer service experience I would not recommend them to anyone and would say in my case that the quoted price was unrealistic from the beginning.

From beginning to end, the process was easy and seamless. Andre communicated with me and with the person on the delivery end.

It was a harrowing week. If you're not prepared to deal with their chaotic process, I suggest you look elsewhere for transporting your vehicle. My experience was BAD, but after many texts and emails, they did ultimately dispatch a driver who picked up the car and delivered it to its destination. However, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

i made a quoted reservation in february for a may pick up. they assured me 1-2 weeks before the reservation quote was good.. the day of the scheduled pick up they changed the written quote from $1100 to $2100 because ‘they’ couldnt find a transport company at that agreed on price. i then went through road runner and they did it for $1700 but had many challenges with their sub hired transport company. finding out the bait and switch is common.

This was my first time transporting a car. They took all my worries away. They were very communicative, courteous, professional and made the experience very easy. The driver was amazing. This company made my experience great. I will be using them to transport my car back home. 1

NAVI illegally withdrew $2,400 from our back account. We are now working our bank and the FBI to get the money, and to prep for likely criminal charges and/or lawsuit. Avoid this company at all costs.
