Navi Auto Transport 

Did not tell me that they wouldn't come to my house on either pickup or delivery. Had to drive to some mutual location. Cost me an extra $75 to arrange. Tracking does not work. Arrived 1 day early and so I had to make a bunch of calls to find someone to receive the car. Cannot talk to sales person once car is picked up.

Ai bot and lies. They promise a service to transport your car door to door, they do not that! They change the price you agreed upon. take money and don't answer the phone. Just a scam

It only took one day to transport my car half way across the country. Everything went very smoothly.

Two stars only because my cars were picked up before we moved. But, no question they pulled a bait and switch regarding pricing. Offer very competitive rates initially and then when it’s time for your vehicles to be picked up, in my case, raised prices by 53%.
Had us over a barrel as we were flying out the next day.

Navi customer service was Greta, but the contracted company was horrendous. I had more issues than expected, a rude driver, and estimates all over the place.

Very professional, friendly driver who communicated very well on bith the pickup and delivery ends. This is second time I have used Navi and both times to ship my personal vehicles across the country, it was a great experience. The price was competitive and you can trust Navi way more than independent truckers who low-ball their bid and then have surprise additional charges.

The initial reservation was to move one vehicle, open transport, from New York to Tennessee for a fee of $1,433.00. I was told by the Navi Auto representative this was the price. No changes. I would pay a broker fee to Navi Auto Transport and the remaining money would be cash on delivery, approximately $1,200. The pick up window was August 17-18. I was contacted the morning of August 18 that a carrier had been contracted and would pick up the vehicle at 1200 PM but the price had now increased as the contracted driver required additional money and that this was common. The difference was approximately $400 more. Total delivery was $178 for Navi Auto and $1650 cash on delivery. I accepted the terms as I needed the vehicle and I am glad I did. My vehicle was scheduled to be delivered August 20 by 600 PM. The vehicle arrived 24 hours earlier on August 19. The vehicle was properly secured and in excellent condition (As I left it) with no damage. Be aware that the price quoted will not be the final price as it is determined by whoever the contracted driver is. I am happy with the service and the contracted driver / carrier who delivered the vehicle.

If you want to pay 40% more that the qouted use them. That's their policy to give you low quote and then raise it and have a AI call you for the 40% more. I know this because i am an ex employee. Avoid Navi services in large circle

No return calls. False pick up times. Call and Ai doesn’t recognize your order. We called a week ago and were promised 3 different times that they will find a driver as we had 4 days to leave our RV resort. Now we’re on our last day an 3rd time the said they are escalating our service request. Person on phone said he didn’t see any requests. Talking over you as you try to explain circumstances.
The ratings are not accurate and have a lock that they state you can’t access.
Promised a supervisor will call. Still waiting. This is a 3000 mile trip. We have no choice but to pay daily fees while they can’t find a driver.

Everything was perfect and on time. The driver was very polite!

After five days of broken pick up promises with another carrier (Nexis) I gave up and called Navi Sunday morning. Navi picked up my car the next day. Navi was very communicative then handed me over to LD Auto Hauler LLC. Lucy and Daniel were great. Lucy was very quick to respond to questions and her and Daniel kept me updated. They also gave plenty of notice on timing for pick up and delivery. Both were right on time. Pricing was fair especially in light of the quick pickup and delivery. I highly recommend Navi and LD Auto Hauler. My only regret is I waited 5 days to reach out to Navi.

Novi. has no tracking after 4days no one tells you were car is , After talking to them. Cant be trusted at all

The company they hired to deliver damaged my car and accepted responsibility but still hasn't paid the invoice the dealership sent. Keep saying they are going to pay on certain days but never does so have to take them to small claims now. Update: The carrier Car Haul Guys did pay before papers were filed so want to credit them for that but will never use the broker Navi Transport again due to them taking your payment info and assigning the carrier but washing their hands clean of no liability once damage is done to your vehicle and absolutely no help in resolving the issue.

After guaranteeing me a price that wouldn’t change and signing a contract, they had an auto dialer call me and have AI try to tell me that the price has increased by about 25%. This is EXACTLY like every other shipping broker in the industry.

They’re trash just like EVERY AUTO SHIPPING BROKER! The only reason they got 3 stars is because when I lost my sh!t on a real human being they honored their original quote and my vehicle was picked up and shipped within 24 hours. It made it here safely without further issues.

They practice deceptive business practices, like every auto shipping broker, honestly the whole sector of the industry is equivalent to a Nigerian email scam… this sector casts shame on the entire shipping industry and freight brokers are the biggest cause of this because of their greed and lack out morals and principles.

Zero stars if I could. If had the choice of using Navi or having to drive 3000 miles the next time I need a car transport, I would drive it myself 10 out of 10 times. Almost nothing went as planned or as expected. They let whatever 3rd party grab the transport from them and then wipe their hands of the situation. The truck broke down at least 2 times, was definitely not a reputable company, Navi would not help, my car came 6 days later than expected but I was told 3 different times it would be earlier so I kept waiting. I realized the GPS tracking I paid for was a sham because it kept up with the ‘planned’ route and time. It kept advancing after the truck broke down and showed at my destination on original date. From that point on, I had zero idea where my vehicle was and both companies were terrible to deal with. And of course, no discounts or refunds for this level of service. My vehicle at least was covered and no damage. Would never use again. It’s literally a crap shoot and you have zero control.

I am not someone who usually leaves reviews, but after my experience with Navi, I feel I need to warn others. Avoid this stress and find someone else. My pickup window for my car came and went. No communication from them. When I called, and sat on hold, I was told to "be patient." From start to finish, this has been a terrible experience. This is an AI-driven broker so there is little to no customer service. You are just another order. It's already stressful enough coordinating an out of state move. You don't need another headache!

I had an awful experience with Navi Auto Transport - complete liars and scammers.
We paid for transport, and the extra for a guaranteed pickup day. The day before pickup, they finally found a carrier, but told me it would cost more money. They sent me a new contract, throwing out the contract previously signed. Since we had to get the car shipped, we had no choice but to pay the extra.
They didn't pick up the car on the day we needed, even though we paid hundreds of dollars extra for that service. Luckily our neighbors helped us out and were able to get the keys to the carrier.
When I asked for the refund of the money we paid for the guaranteed pickup day, since they didn't follow through, I was completely blown off.
Navi is a terrible company full of scammers. Don't use them.

Terrible communication, no refund on services paid for like live tracking that actually never worked. Third party transport communication was even worse. I never leave reviews but this was so very bad I have to warn others.

Horrible service automation and experience. The only people who hate the experience more than you are the actual transport companies Navi lies to in arranging the service. Navi is some crappy intermediary that someone built with AI to write fake reviews and arrange with other actual companies. I suspect Navi is like some single person in a foreign country posing as a company. Do not use this service
