Brilliant store where staff are friendly and helpful. Good range of products and staff always offer advice on the most suitable product without any pressure to buy. Amelia helped us find the right size rug and gave us information on a gel fly repellent instead of the spray we usually buy and it’s worked a lot better.

I took my granddaughter in for a body protector and the service was amazing, we were not rushed, it was a long process to get the right one that fitted. We have been to a few other equestrian shops and made to feel like we didn't belong there ,this did not happen at Naylors. Thank you once again for you service.

Amazing 😊
I turned up with my daughter as basically really desparate to resolve a riding /yard boot issue, the staff listened and did everything to help me resolve my dilemma.
The issue was a riding boot that didn’t work and to me was faulty.
Louise assisted us and was very understanding even though it was complicated she even got another lady involved who was fantastic and they resolved our issue.
So we are now a very happy mom & happier daughter ! We will 100% use Naylors Cannock as they are always helpful and try to help whatever the situation. I think in today’s challenging world it is so reassuring to see customer service is still strong and how important it is … Thankyou to all involved really appreciated your support.

Absolutely brilliant
Absolutely brilliant. Couldn’t be more helpful, extremely knowledgeable but not patronising! Showed me round the full store, helped with my “shopping list” and just generally so pleasant. Store very well stocked with a full price range of goods.
Parking right outside shop, free . Easy to get to, although be careful of speed cameras. All in all a fantastic morning with some genuinely lovely assistants. Thank you.

Absolute 5 star for Royal Scott…
Absolute 5 star for the Royal Scott horse rugs. Bought my second in store today and I must say I am just overall impressed. Sizing is ver generous both in length and depth of the rug, quality is fantastic and the overall look of the rug is spot on. Lovely little sale on it at the moment too. Have been recommending these to my fellow horse owners too

Brilliant shop and fantastic staff
Having looked everywhere for an equine shop, we stumbled across Naylors. So glad we did! Pip was absolutely fantastic: she was so patient with our daughter and so thorough in her provision of the correct riding hat to suit her needs. Despite her shift finishing, Pip stayed with us, trying on numerous hats to ensure the right fit. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and we weren’t rushed in any way, despite it being closing time when we left. Highly recommend this shop.

Vert friendly and helpful memeber of staff.
I needed some supplements and Bev was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on the products, ensuring I chose the most appropriate one. She also advised me on some clothing items and is a very good sales woman!! It's a much better experience when staff are so friendly.

Really friendly and helpful staff, offered to hold my friends little dog for me while I tried on clothes and then held her for me for ages while I was indecisive about riding tights, trying on one million pairs! 😂 she had a whale of a time destroying a tennis ball with the lovely lady, think it was the highlight of her day!! The lady said it was the highlight of hers too 🥰 made my life so much easier trying clothes on and found a pair of riding tights that matched what I needed :-)
