Daniel had previously worked with my grandmother on her kitchen and from that I felt confident approaching him for my own kitchen. Throughout the process, heavily delayed due to issues with completing the property purchase Daniel was available to discuss matters as my ideas changed over time. Once complete, Neat via Matthew was able to step up when the builder I had lined up fell through. They were able to step in and take on the project, extending beyond the kitchen. Allowing for delays, again due to a 3rd party supplier, they were able to get the project up and running keeping me involved and running things past me that I didn't know was needed or hadn't thought about. Overall, very satisfied with the open communication throughout the process.

I had my old kitchen removed and a brand new kitchen put in by Matthew at Neat Kitchens. It could not have been a better refurb experience - superb workmanship, no mess left, lovely customer service, and to top it all, reasonably priced. Would highly recommend.

Recently had not only a kitchen fitted but also a wall removed to turn a kitchen and dining room into a single room. The team at Neat did all the work and were fantastic from start to finish. Clean, considerate informative and professional. The finished room is top quality and exactly what we asked for.

A fantastic customer service from inception to completion. Jon came round to the house taking a detailed brief of our specific requirement's, budgets and timescales. From there we went to the showroom in order to visually see what was available in order to create our family kitchen which is now the heart of our new home. All the worktops, cupboards and appliances were delivered and fitted with care and on the specified dates. The kitchen is a lovely specification which is of high quality and standard and I would highly recommend Neat Kitchens.
