This company is a SCAM. After they gave me the reservation and confirmation number they cancelled the reservation. They don’t want to refund the money back. DO NOT TRUST THEM

It is a SCAM- they will send you conformation as pending than rep. calls after two hours and trying to sell different flights for a double price it happened to me twice already. It is a SCAM

I’ve been attended by Pablo Juan Rivera and I’ve got pleased from the way he conducted all the process with kindness and gentleness. It’s my first time with NeatTravels and for sure I’ll recommend it.

When I tried to get a certain flight, the section I tried to get was full. So an employee (Dave) one of the senior agents assisted me in finding a similar flight that matched the times and dates. He also gave me a discount to help with making the price as similar as the flight we tried to book.

Daizy Scott was awsome she helped me with my accommodations for my trip to Florida. I will be definitely be using her again in the near future.

They give you great prices online and when you called to confirm your reservation, they double the price. I think the FBI should look into this company it’s fraudulent.

Dave! He's amazing in helping with all the details regarding the flights. He assisted me with good patience answering all my queries and helped to book my tickets with far more affordable prices than other sites. Really a good guy .
