I can't say enough about how Daisy helped me out with my travel arrangements. There's a lot of stress involved with traveling and she was able to alleviate my stress and got me a good price on my airfare. I immediately told some of my family members, who will now be contacting her in the future.

I was a nervous wreck throughout the entire process. This was my first time flying with my elderly parents and I was so scared! Pablo Rivera was a God sent he was so calm and reassured me over and over that he would help me! Not only dis he help he ensured my parents were placed with wheelchair on both leaving and returning flights! He has helped me a couple days before to find our flight information on website of company to calm me down and extended his help for the day before we fly which will be in a couple days! He's GREAT!!!

Daisy Scott was so helpful. I had "purchased" some airfare; but it was "pending" which apparently meant the airline ran out or discontinued the special price. Although Daisy was unable to get that deal she was able to secure tkts. that I did not seem able to get! Thanks Daisy!!

My first experience earlier the same day was not so great. In fact, it was frustrating. I didn't like that someone was trying to force a price of more than I could afford. So I canceled that deal. Later on in the same day, Daizy Scott contacted me with a deal that was within my price range and with my dates and the times. She continued to text me to let me know that the deal was complete. In the end I am a satisfied customer.

Great customer support

I saw a great price on plane tickets from them. Unfortunately, it turned out those tickets were already taken so I was concerned that my trip would be ruined. However, thanks to Dave, a better deal was found and my trip is saved!

Issac was extremely professional and helpful with booking my vacation flights. We were booking a family vacation from 2 different airports to Punta Cana. He not only was professional, polite but was friendly and worked to help make our plans work. He us a very personable employee and his supervisors should be proud to have him as an employee!!

Issac was such amazing help! He helped me find the best deal walked me through the entire process even called me every time he emailed me to confirm I received everything. Stayed on the phone with me while I pulled up the confirmation through Southwest. I will definitely use Isaac again for my travel inquiries!

Daizy was awesome she followed up with me to help us when the flight got full and then when our hotel and resort caused us problems and we were not sure we could find a new spot to work for us. She stayed in contact and truly was awesome to work with and would highly tell anyone to use her!
