We had a visit from an expert from Nederland Isoleert to discuss the possibilities of floor and cavity wall insulation at our home. Everything was inspected and we received the whole overview of our options, timing, prices, and the next steps we need to do to have our home insulated. The meeting with the expert was very informative, he has taken time to explain various aspects of the procedure to insulate the attic, and how to claim the government subsidy. All great! I give 4 stars instead of 5 because the initial appointment had to be re-scheduled as the expert was running late.

After waiting a week for a salesman to visit from this company, I was not at all impressed. The salesman insisted in bellowing loudly almost shouting everything he said. After being in our home for 7 min he received a call, answering it on loud speaker and rudely belittling another customer for a further 13 min!
We viewed the attic space where he damaged an old but existing door then he dismissed me while he went about my home drilling holes in the outside walls. He maintained he would fill them afterwards but has done such a poor job you can see into the cavity of the wall at some of them. I have had to repair his repair.

I have not and will not be using this company based upon the abhorrent behaviour of this representative.

This review is about work done only for floor insulation.
Peter was the person who came to us to check and provide a quotation. Was actually earlier than the scheduled time but had called to check it was ok to come early. Was very quick in checking, providing quotation and negotiating for wall and floor insulation. We liked the deal so we said to contract on the spot. Immediately within few hours we got the contracts over email. The contract didn't have all things mentioned like Nederland Isoleert will help in getting subsidy(that's why a 4 start). You keep getting emails as the process moves on, and got an email to select the dates for wall and floor insulation. You get emails and sms day before appointment. Similarly on the day you get emails and sms about the time when you can expect them. Two guys came on the scheduled time, one of them was Marius. And like Peter even they were very quick, knowledgeable and methodical in their work. Marius was very humble and soft spoken. Post work Marius came and explained every step he did and why he did it. Only after the explanation, did he ask for the signatures on the work done.

So till now the experience was pretty good. Hopefully we get a great experience during the floor insulation which is upcoming soon.

Based on the experience till now - I would recommend this company.
