What a joke. Customer service can’t even arrange an appointment. Wouldn’t trust them to carry out work if that is the quality of service when trying to get your business. Looking elsewhere to spend my money.

The expert make pressure to me
The expert make pressure to me as he wanted that I accepted the offer immediately. I explained that I needed to review my budget. He became angry telling me that I do not have respect for his time as he invested a lot of time on my house.
He drilled my wall and didn't close the holes when he left, I asked to do it but he ignored my request.

At the first scheduled meeting
At the first scheduled meeting, the company came to isolate the floor, which was supposed to take half a day. When they arrived they told us they had one hour to do isolation and there was nothing they could do about it. We ordered a second visit for October 23, confirmation came via e-mail, but no one showed up that day. I honestly dont recommend

Questionable offer for a "bodemisolatie" in de kruipruimte
The specialist came at the announced time and was very friendly. After having examined the "kruipruimte", we had some misunderstanding on the interpretation of what was meant by the measurement result of the humidity below the floor. The specialist called his team at the company and clarified that it was about the humidity content of the concrete wall, and not of the air in the kruipruimte (there would be a big difference in the numbers between the two). After having examined the surface area of the kruipruimte, the specialist gave us the cost estimate for insulating the ground surface (bodem) in the kruipruimte, and quickly slashed 7.5 % from the price, claiming a special reduction action if we decided quickly within a number of days. After his visit, I informed myself on the internet and made an estimate of what the other companies would ask for a similar work. It turned out that the offered price by the specialist, including a special reduction, was about 10-20 % higher than the cost indications given by the other companies. Thus, I decided not to go ahead with this company.
