Such a unique and informative experience. From the second I booked my appointment to the second I left the clinic after my scan, the experience was second to none. Friendly, reassuring and professional. The results of the scan were explained to me in detail and I've instantly been able to make some adjustments to my lifestyle as a result. The scan picked up an issue with a mole on my leg, and the aftercare has been great. I was called just a working day later and given robust advice which has enabled me to get the right help on the NHS. Very impressed , and I've booked again for next year.

Neko Health is the Future. This is and will be the way my Family and I ensure we stay Health and proactive for years to come. The whole journey from Start to Finish has been amazing, from the communication on email to the Staff attention to us on the day. We already booked for next year and I'm Planning to get My Mother who's in here 70's to go and get this Health Check done.

The experience at Neko was quick and efficient, and it’s certainly an interesting use of technology for identifying skin problems. However, the communication side of the service didn't quite hit the mark for me.
A specific lesion was flagged during my scan, and they took a photograph to send to a dermatologist for further review. I was told I’d hear back in a week, which I did, via text—and thankfully, it was nothing to worry about. However, nobody actually told me what the lesion was. I would have liked to have known what it had been classified as, especially it initially looked suspicious. (I did text back and request that somebody speak to me about it, which they did to be fair, but that was at my request)
Additionally, I was disappointed that my scalp was not checked. As someone with very fair skin and blonde hair, my scalp is easily seen and is a high-risk area for sun damage. I assumed this would be a standard part of the check, but it was completely missed.
The tech is impressive, but given that many of these blood tests are available through a GP.
I expected a more thorough physical assessment of areas like the scalp and better transparency about what was being flagged for review.
Nonetheless, it was good value and I would recommend it.

Excellent service and staff

I'm expecting much more than I got. This is information I already have from my GP. It was basic, not insightful. It was generic advice. It's salesy, the Dr tries to persuade you to book a follow up scan at the end of the chat. They rush you through all the different parts, as they are focused on quantity over quantity. There should be much higher levels pf professionalism. There is a lack of communication and privacy with photos taken, no respect for your dignity. There isn't a duty of care or safe guarding practices in place. Waste of money and time, money making gimmick!

I had high hopes for this new technology and body scan offering from Neko Health. I was sadly disappointed. The tests didn’t pick up my heart murmur which I was born with and regularly get checked on. I pointed this out and the doctor said he could check again. I declined as the trust was lost and there was no point ans it was already known. The assessment didn’t point out my hypothyroidism either, which I had to remind the doctor of as it was noted in my pre-questionnaire.

The blood work plus overall assessment didn’t give any new insights other than the basic NHS health checks, and known conditions were missed. Very disappointed with the cost and lack of useful results.

They were efficient and informative and everything was very modern and clean.

I had a really positive experience and found the whole process insightful, professional, and reassuring. Everything was explained clearly, and I felt supported throughout. The service gave me a much better understanding of my health and provided helpful insights that I can genuinely use moving forward. It felt like an important first step in taking better control of my wellbeing. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking to better understand their health with confidence and clarity.

Fantastic futuristic place where you can get your body checked for skin problems as well as full blood test stating more detailed information then basic blood test at your gp.

Spent ages on their website (via laptop and phone) and it won't let me book an appointment or get on the waiting list unless I give them the details of 5 other people. This feels like a data grab.

Great way to get an overall understanding of where you stand health-wise and get a doctor's recommendation for longevity. One thing that could be improved is actually making all the data downloadable from the app for use in other systems, not just observed on the Neko platform. Also, the experience is very Sci-Fi inside, at one point a little scary, as it reminds me of some unpleasant futuristic movies.

Absolutely fantastic environment with modern equipment. Scanned the whole body (I had 2305 skin changes). Nice and knowledgeable staff. Report from examination and blood tests within an hour with recommendation for treatment.
