Lovely team at Neo Orthodontics. My son’s teeth now look lovely. Would have given 5 stars but sometimes appointments were running quite a bit late. Other than that I can’t fault the service.

We would have appreciated more communication about the change in name of the orthodontist and how to contact you by email.
The staff were always extremely kind, friendly and helpful. The receptionist was always very tolerant and kind.

Trying to book an appointment is almost impossible here. Numerous emails sent with no reply back. Back scheduling and after my daughter whom should have had her braces removed in November finally got them off in April after them messing around with her appointments. I would not recommend this place for anybtreatment

I’ve been going to Neo orthodontist for about 1 year and 3 months, the place is so well organised. Staff are friendly and helpful. I’ve had my braces removed today and I’m over the moon. They are perfectly straight and look fabulous. So happy. Thanks again Neo.

Awesome Alnwick Branch
Fantastic service at the Alnwick branch.
Amazing friendly service from Kay on reception nothing was to much bother for her.
Absolutely fantastic service from Carly. She fitted my daughters fixed braces, talked her through everything she was going to do. She then talked her through the process while actually doing the work. My daughter felt so at ease with Carly explaining everything as she was doing it.
One of the brackets popped off my daughters tooth not long after getting home and she went straight to the practice and Kay and Carly couldn't have been anymore helpful in getting her sorted before they closed for the evening.
100% service and can highly recommend this practice

Great dentist who fites the braces, forgot her name but shes brilliant
Its a shame though that you dont open on time before and after luch. Its a shame that you have cancelled 3 appointments for us because of "sickness"

Our daughter was treated with complete professionalism throughout. She was listened to and her views respected. Her braces were regularly checked and emergency appointments offered immediately if requested.
Her teeth are now aligned and she is happy!
