The suitcase i bought is faulty. The Set Lock Number button was already depressed and won't pop out to adjust the code numbers to my choice.

I love my new suitcase.
I love my new suitcase it is really spacious and versatile. The quality seems very good.
There was a problem with the dispatch which was resolved and then a problem with delivery so instead of 4 to 5 working days for delivery it was ordered on 5th June and delivered on the 23rd June.

I ordered two suitcases and only got one. The one I got was in the wrong color as well. And they’re taking a long time so answer. They say that they can only refund me for the missing suitcase, and won’t accommodate for the one sent in the wrong color

Hi Andrew - a response was provided to your enquiry the same day it was received - we have asked our team to resend this as it appears you have not received it and would advise both checking your spam/junk folder and adding the Nere service email to your safelist as Hotmail can be aggressive with marking emails as spam

Hi James - if you have returned an item to us a credit will be processed for you as soon as our warehouse team have received/inspected and returned the item to stock. This usually takes around 14 days depending on the volume of returns being processed
Poor communication
It saddens me to leave a poor review. I have ordered two suitcases, the first purchase was and is still fine but the second one broke within a couple of weeks of ownership and despite two emails to services and waiting a month for a response I have heard nothing from them.
