Hi James - if you have returned an item to us a credit will be processed for you as soon as our warehouse team have received/inspected and returned the item to stock. This usually takes around 14 days depending on the volume of returns being processed
Poor communication
It saddens me to leave a poor review. I have ordered two suitcases, the first purchase was and is still fine but the second one broke within a couple of weeks of ownership and despite two emails to services and waiting a month for a response I have heard nothing from them.

Really speedy delivery and items were nicely packaged. The 2 luggage items we bought are a really nice colour and seem really sturdy. Hopefully, they will accompany us on many travels (Seafoam and Orchid pink M Stori Suitcases). It's just a shame that some of the colours available in the cabin size aren't available in the M and L sizes

Great suitcases, bad customer service
Absolutely adore these suitcases however one came with a small red mark that did not come off and I am not a complainer I just sent a nice email in to customer services asking if they knew a way to remove it and got completely ignored. Cute and practical suitcases highly recommend, bad customer service
