Excellent and quality product. Sale price made it very good value for money.
I will definitely consider further purchases from Nere travel.
One little concern was that, the parcel could have been packaged a little better. The tape on the box was half open showing what was inside and the case protector I also ordered was loose inside the box, so it’s lucky that it didn’t fall out.
This was probably a one-off and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their products.

This was the 3rd suitcase I have bought in the Venture Daily opening range. It's such a brilliant idea to have a suitcase that you can open just the top section, great when traveling overnight.

Easy to place an order and delivery was faster then I had expected and with care.
The suitcase looks and feels quality.
Will certainly look to purchase from Nere again.

Great quality product - sling bag is well designed & great fabric. Looks even better than I hoped. Fast delivery too and eco conscious/safe clay desiccant and easily removable card tags.

I got my Bondi travel luggage set in Slate and It arrived on time for my travel. it is sleek and very durable. I recommended it to my sister. I am planning to buy it in another colour. I will recommend it to all my friends.

What a stupid question. It arrived.

Ordered on the 18/11/25 during the sales and as of 12/12/25 i have still not received any items. I have emailed twice and there has been no reply from the customer service team....

Luggages delivered quickly. Had an issue with the luggage wheel. They replaced the luggage. Would definitely buy from them again.

I purchased one suitcase but was charged twice and only received one item. The customer service team handled the situation very poorly and unprofessionally. I had to go back and forth over email just to prove that I was charged twice and never received a second item.

There was no real effort to help me, no compensation offered—just a message asking me to "understand that mistakes happen." Meanwhile, my money was missing from my account for four weeks before they processed a refund.

Overall, a very frustrating experience with poor customer service. I would avoid this company in the future.

This is a Christmas present so arrived in plenty of time, delivery driver put it in house for me, nice pleasant and friendly

I ordered a suitcase and a week later it still had t arrived so I contacted them for them to tell me the suitcase I had ordered was out of stock and they had done nothing about it

Very reasonable prices and excellent quality. I was able to grab a carry-on suitcase during Black Friday that met all my expectations and more.
The products are incredible, and they look cute too!
Shipping and delivery took merely a couple of days, which I was extremely impressed with, and I can't wait to start travelling with it :)

I ordered a suitcase from Nere Travel, and honestly I have no idea if their products are good because their shitty courier DPD never delivered it — and the worst part is Nere was completely unreachable the entire time. No phone number. Emails ignored. No support whatsoever. I’m travelling in a few days, and instead of stepping in when their courier messed up twice, Nere basically vanished. I was stuck watching fake “missed delivery” updates with no help from the company I actually bought the suitcase from. I ended up not being able to withdraw my order because I couldn’t get a single real response from them. It’s ridiculous. If a company won’t communicate and lets their courier screw customers over, why would anyone bother ordering from them?

They look good for my children. Less space inside due to handles than I thought but they are for 6year olds and are nice and light.
