first transfer was simple and quick but my second is becoming a little bit more complex as it’s over 30 grand and legal and general are making it as difficult as possible more help would be great

Nest made it so simple to consolidate all my pensions into one place and after years of putting it off, everything was sorted in just few days. I love how the online account is easy to navigate and access information.

Super easy to transfer and combine all my pensions! Literally just had to put in the account number and business name and NEST did the rest!

I cash my whole nest pension pot in as my pension started to lose a lot money. The funds was paid in my bank account within 5 working days which i am really grateful for , however i have to disagree with the nest letter about hmrc getting in touch about contacting me about over paid tax as they never do in fact hmrc owes me thousands of pounds from the previous years and hmrc have no intension of paying up. Nest pension can do the descent thing by paying the correct amount of tax. My p45 form from nest has the right tax code so there is no excuses of getting the tax right also my p45 form says that nest was my employer this is totally unacceptable and should not be allowed

Rubbish service and staff not helpfully had issue understanding them each time I tried to take my pension pot out they changed the fund on me which makes you wait another 8 days also my date of birth changed after 8 years you guest it another 8 days.

More incomptetence and breaches!
Nest Pensions are a shambles and the right arm has no idea what the left arm is doing.
Although I am lodged a complaint with the Regulator, for breach of procedures, The Ombudsman for mal practice and the ICO for repeat sending sensitive information to the wronf address, they hace suspended my online login, but these idiots still send me letters to my online account, they have closed over 2 Months ago.
I bet they will respond with an appology telling me that they will communicate with right department to solve. They always do, but in order to save my time, I will already confirm that they never contact you again.

Avoid at all costs
I have been trying to transfer my NEST pension into another since January, it would seem if you want to transfer into it is simple and straightforward, but heaven help you when you want to take it out. How difficult can it be, apparently now I have to have some money matters/safeguarding telephone appointment, which I could do without. This company must be in cahoots with the Government and try to keep your money. AVOID AVOID AVOID

I tried to opt out of the pension scheme through the online chat but the customer service representative said they could not help me through that channel and that I had to ring their number. I then call the provided number and, reasonably quickly, I have been put through to a customer service representative. I must say that the customer service representative on the phone was lovely, efficient and great at providing information and advice on how to proceed to opt out, yet apparently she could not do so for me and transferred me back to the automated system so I could continue the process of opting out myself. From this point, I have been on the phone for an extra 15 minutes in order to do something as simple as opting out of the pension scheme. I can’t believe that the process was so long and bureaucratic. I would have done this myself online if Nest had not failed to send me the welcoming pack they kept saying in messages I would receive.
I am not surprised anymore that someone on the reviews above wrote that they were half expecting Nest to ask them to provide a blood or stool test next, during the process of opting out.
