Netflix 

Most of the content is foreign with poor dubbing. Nearly all of the movies are absolute rubbish. The decent programmes are bought from terrestrial TV. It infuriates me that I've already paid, through TV licence, to watch these programmes and now paying again through Netflix!!

Opted for version with adverts. Waste of time. Programmes keep freezing, sound keeps going. Have chatted with them online, this too is a waste of time. Will seriously have to consider any further subscription

Have conveniently (for them) stopped me being able to use the ad version as it is no longer compatible with my Firestick, but - miraculously- the £2 a month more version does work. They can jog on now. The price goes up but there’s barely anything new. Bumping the prices up to give the man who disrespects his grandmother a hefty payout. No thanks. Bye bye Netflix, with your atrocious customer service.

Well done Netflix. What a fantastic movie you brought on FARHA. It’s a true movie before and during the 1948 Nakbah. When the Jews invaded Palestine. It made me really shed some tears. It just shows how fortunate we are as it is still happening in this day and age. 😢

I was bought a Netflix gift card to the value of £25 in April 2021. The gift card says the card does not expire. I bought a basic package costing £5.99. Last week, on 25th November 2022, I tried to use the card again but to no avail. I kept getting a message saying the card had already been used. I got a similar message when I tried to check the balance on the card. I contacted netflix using the 'chat' option on the website. I was 'chatting' with Suraj for well over an hour. Sarah was not helpful at all and could not solve my issue, nor could he put me in contact with anyone in a senior position who could help. I suggested he send me the remaining £19.01 from the card via email or a replacement card but he said he could not do this. He suggested I bought a new card and opened another account. I did tell him that I would not be pouring good money after bad.
Absolutely appalling customer service!

What a load of rubbish old films or films with subtitles from other countries going cancel today 10.99 not worth 2 pounds use to be OK but same things on for years new stuff limited

Right now Netflix is a zero! Won’t let me change plan. BUT even when I do change plan, Netflix automatically changes it back to £15.99 plan without my consent! Robbing greedy b*stards! It’s fine! There’s so many great streaming apps now that Netflix is kinda lame. Lost another customer Netflix!

Used this service for over a year now to give it a fair chance.but still the same utter crap American Garbage films that seem to make up 90% overall of what they show I've seen better on channel 5 that says it all.

The Crown is the last resort so I, as many other are doing, am cancelling my subscription to this pathetic organisation.

Cannot get or search ‘The Crown’ on my Netflix account. An hour Livechat. Testing this, testing that, advised me on my account that there was an age restriction on watching the Crown. Im 53! Possibly a tech fault their end, not sure when it will be fixed! This was four days ago, still no update. Pay the full subscription. Seriously thinking of closing it, rubbish service, rubbish content.

Spotify,netflix,amazon prime,apple music Disney plus and the rest of streaming service and music subscriptions are a complete rip off . Why people ask because you get all your music TV shows and films for free on the pirate bay and torrent everything for free saving you ££££££ don't give your hard earned cash to money grabbing ceos such as netflix fat cats or apple Tim Cook and not a penny to price Harry and his Megan marbles.

Crap service cancelled it last week they still took out money from my bank. contact them and was told we will refund you today checked again nothing been refunded and was asked to sign in signed in member ship was still active they are a scam ripping people of avoid if you can please I will never recommend to anyone AVOID please

Terrible choice if programmes us version is a million times better, too much non English, way too expensive for what you get will definitely be cancelling at the end of the year they have nothing worth bothering with most of the time and they wonder why they are losing customers

Not perfect, but I am totally satisfied with it.

I really like netflix. Such a broad range to choose from and new things all the time. Im now watching lots of foreign dramas and films that I wouldn’t have watched before. I think it’s worth the money so far.

My payment date was moved from the 21st to the 12th.
Which means I have paid for and lost 9 days... Why? I don't know.

Don’t bother, shocking customer service. Unknown devices using my account and upgrading my service at my cost. Made out someone in my family passed the password on but I am the only one who has it. Shocked these unknown devices can also access my billing. Even after cancelling, Netflix will not allow me to delete my card details from the account.
