Underhanded Company
Changed my account without permission, when I realised they had downgraded the account to 1 screen only I questioned why to be told 2 screens would now cost £10.99 a pound more. I wouldn't mind but 80% is badly dubbed films with poor voice over.
I do not recommend this BOGUS company

Been with netflix uk for a few numbers of years and pay £10 or more a month and now getting quite cheesed of with all the foreign films coming on it's getting to a point that I am counting how many are being put on to how many English one's being put on so come on netflix uk sort it out or I'm off
Update.... 2nd & 3rd June 2022 14 foreign films put to 4 English one's have now been talking bout going on to amazon prime and Disney+ so looks like netflix days are now number........update 18th June 19 new films on today 14 not English not paying for this rubbish anymore good bye netflix hello amazon and Disney+ and £6.99 A MONTH paramount +

They have a few good TV series but most of the films are old hat and the price of £15.99 for premium is an utter joke. The content is just rubbish and even the platform itself is tirsome to get around. I'll watch the last season off stranger things and then that's it for me. Disney plus and amazon prime are just as good and so much cheaper.

Wonderful increasing prices just so the can make more profit I will no longer be renewing

Having had Netflix for some time when I found out the company had paid millions to Meghan and Harry I immediately cancelled my subscription. I cannot be subscribing to a company financing a horrid couple who have been nasty to the Queen and her late husband .

Setup is great,takes a couple of minutes.I watch on my phone and the picture is perfect,no buffering.I got the cheapest option,which saves you a fortune instead of buying DVDs.I went with netflix because it offends me that their rivals make you pay subscription AND pay for certain movies.

Netflix use to be good but now it's the most depressing thing ever. All the good movies have been taken down and replaced with stupid movies you can't even enjoy with the entire family! A total waist of money!!!

Complete rubbish. Now the price is increasing. All the good shows get cancelled. Rip netflix

If I see any more shows forcing diversity I'll be cancelling my subscription. All I hear about is race and gender. It's become unbearable so just stop with it all because it's become Pathetic.

Another price Increase... For what? Content isn't that great. No decent movies.. At least with Amazon Prime you get value for your money. Some premier league football games too. All for half the price of Netflix.
Probably scraping back the 100 Million they gave to the ginger and the whinger.
I totally agree with other reviewers when they say content in different countries is so much better than UK.
Only good thing is...
Nobody is in contract with Netflix so it's easy for me to leave before next month's increase as in my opinion Netflix is definitely not worth the money.

Three price raises in two years and nothing extra to show for it. I've been a customer for ten years, loyal. But you cannot raise prices and then talk about taking away usability like password sharing or start talking about adverts, when you already cost twice as much as your competitors. Are you listening to customers? We are showing you by unsubscribing in droves. Wage stagnation, soaring energy prices and unjustified inflation are adding to the straw on the camel's back. And in this household another price hike was too much.

It serves them right losing customers & money off the shares price if they hadn't have put the price of it up as well as drawing the goal posts in like more than 1 user on the account in my opinion had they put the cost down earlier these customers might have seen better value for money & possibly keeping their subscriptions to the service.

Netflix permanently, too many price increases, the vast majority of " netflix originals" are badly written poorly acted tripe, you can get Disney Plus and Prime Video together and still have change left over from what Netflix charge for their premium plan!

They change the name of the categories daily so one night you will see a movie you want to watch the next day its been moved to you have to go hunt for it. Way to expensive for poor content.

Netflix increase monthly charge way above inflation, and choice of decent movies plummet.

It’s too expensive for the UHD option as it comes with extra screens I don’t need, and the other price options have less screens but only HD or only standard picture definition.

It should all be UHD, and the price increase should reflect number of screens available to watch at one time.

The content is ok, but better options out there now, I would highly recommend any other streaming site, just don’t get Netflix, it’s not worth it.

Most often I spend so long looking for something to watch by the time I find it preferable to go to bed and listen to an audio book from the library.

An extra £1 to continue the cheapest subscription has helped me decide to end it. Thank you for making it clear to me that Netflix are greedy.

Amazon Prime offers a lot more than films and TV, Prime Music and the free audiobook each month plus free ebooks and emagazines.

Keep politics out of it.

Cancelled due to decision to block Russian friends.

Just back from a holiday in Spain and the content is FAR SUPERIOR in Spain than in the UK.
Better films, better TV series and more up to date.
It looks and feels as if the UK has been left the dregs.
Time to consider cancelling.

Cancelled my account but Netflix still billed my bank.

Turns out that if any device remains signed in to Netflix before and after cancellation, that any attempt to use Netflix on that device then automatically reverses the account cancellation.

Cancellation does not cause registered devices to be signed-out and stopped from signing back in.

In effect, when you cancel your account that is only a POTENTIAL account cancellation.

To ensure cancellation takes place you have to also change your password so that no other devices inadvertently subscribe again.

I thought any new agreement would require explicit approval from the account holder. Apparently not: it’s an underhand and deceptive way of contracting for a service.
