Still a good price and decent things to watch when nothing else is on. My favourites are The Office USA and Star Trek the Next Generation. Easy to cancel at any point.

I just discovered that netflix uk does discriminate between people that pays just the minimum fees and the other more expensive accounts.
As I am paying just the minimum now, netflix doesn't do any update in the movies and it has been like this since I changed subscription. People that pays more has had new movies in the database added.
THIS SHOULD NOT HAPPEN WITHOUT WARNING AT THE START WHEN CHOOSING ACCOUNTS!!!!

I’m paying for Netflix UK… so why are there so many foreign movies? The ones in English are badly dubbed. Not enough new content, they seem to just fill in the blanks with poor quality Asian/Chinese movies. Cancelling 👍🏻

Used to be good, but now it's just scamming. The shows in Netflix aren't even good, it seems you're just watching the same shows but with different actors. I unsubscribed from netflix three months ago, but today I noticed that they continued to charge me. Contacted support and they told me that it's not their problem even though I haven't opened Netflix these past 3 months.

Disconnected a month ago.
Payment taken again. Have confirmation email that no more payments should be taken.

Worst thing is waste 15 minutes trying to speak to a manager after call centre agent said I shouldn't share my card details with other family members.

Disgusting customer service. Because international company there is no accountability.

Not my type. Has a lot of content but a lot of low-quality stuff. The service is much better than Disney plus, but I couldn't find what I was looking for.

Netflix is fantastic for me, and it's ideal that you can limit access for children. Netflix has always provided me with excellent service! When I have contacted customer service, they have always been prompt.

I know Netflix has its haters, but in my experience, they provide a diverse range of shows, a dependable launcher, and a regular stream of new content, and I give them my highest recommendation.

Too expensive and too many shows aimed at viewers in Asia and China. Since I'm not Asian or Chinese I have no interest in these shows. So why am I paying for them?

Even when you rate the shows you like you still get a bunch of irrelevant recommendations on the home page.

I know Netflix want to broaden their market into China etc but I don't want to pay for or watch shows aimed at that market.

The best shows on Netflix seem out of date now without being renewed or new seasons. So you end up watching the same shows over and over again. BORING. Disney + is much better.

Only one show worth watching at one time.

Considering they have just increased price, they have films that are dubbed from 2021 which is supposed to be a gd film. Yet when contact them get poor customer service blaming covid-19 and actors not been able to do the parts properly. Shows that are up to season 10 yet only season 4 on here shows how far behind other subscription services they are. About 3-4 years only add movies from 80s like blue thunder? Should be dropping price not upping it. Other service are always adding new movies and series that are current not in dark ages

Recently had to reset my smart T.V.
Contacted this ueless lot for a new password and they didn't even know how to send me an email!
Most of the can't speak English properly.
No wonder they are losing Customers hand over fist and sacking hundreds of Staff!
Promptly told them to cancel my subscription!
The content is useless, old films or films no-one has heard of with actors/actresses on £2 an hour!
If you are thinking of joining them don't bother!

Never again!! Made me pay extra to move the bill date further then took the next month’s payment off me the next day. Customer service don’t follow the policy and say false information.

What has happened to Netflix? It’s now full of (badly) dubbed films & series, everything new is B movie at best! The only things worth watching are Better Call Saul & BB. You’ve just lost another £10.99. I watch YouTube now as my main channel. How the mighty fall ! I might check in, in about 12 months, buy a month and binge. £129.89 saved.

I have been a subscriber to netflix for many years now. It used to be good, but lately they have been going downhill. They make the netflix originals tv shows for example julie and the phantoms, spinning out etc, but you only get one season. They leave us on a cliffhanger knowing there will be more to come, but then they refuse to carry it on and cancel other seasons being made. It is very frustrating. Customers are having to pay more (subscriptions price recently rised) but the content now is unsatisfactory. They take money, but they don't listen to what their customers want. I have spoken to customer services and got no where, I have also filled in the form to request films/TV shows for 2 years now on a weekly basis, but again, not one has come on the app. I would not recommend netflix, I would recommend amazon prime or disney plus.

I’ve been a Netflix subscriber since they went online back in the early days but as subscription prices have gone up the content quality has gone down a lot.
There is now very little to separate them from all the other streaming services. I won’t be renewing once my broadband bundle contract ends.

Leaving due to no new decent stuff. Also is against our monarch trying to get Megan n the little puppet to tape stuff ilegally of royal family. Also having the worst paedophile in history n make a film/documentary of him.

Had a direct debit set up with Netflix for one account since 2019. I recently discovered that there has been an other payment set up on my bank account through Netflix for a while. When calling Netflix customer service to confirm they casually informed me I had a Spanish account too registered on an email that was clearly not linked to mine, specially weird as the original account was for UK. Never within this period of time did I get any notification or any authorization request from N*x itself regarding a second direct debit. The payment agreement I had with them was clearly abused and hecked, but they did not even realize. Makes me wonder how much is this company investing into cyber security. Definitely less than expanding.

I spend more time searching for a film then actuallywatching it? Upgrade ya films plssss x

To me, Netflix became an average streaming service and their products will become even worse… sorry for that!
