With?!!! Why you have just one season of most of series, put full seasons like that I'm 10 movie stories each just one season. I'm not paying for this crap

No Problems here.

I signed up just before christmas, Standard Definition.
Excellent varied movies that fit all genres.
To be honest ive had no problems,even in single definition, everything is watchable. Im so glad I got Netflix as the tv was terrible over christmas.
Another plus point,you can cancel at any time.

the product is good but, the options available are hit and miss. lots of dubbing and tbh some of the shows are subpar - when I went to US the shows were better

A film made by Netflix in the UK, with Maggie Smith and Stephen Marchant, and it is not available in the UK.
Come on Netflix get your act together otherwise customers will look to other sites.😠😠😠

If I am uble to give them a zero star I…

If I am able to give them a zero star I would. It is the worst ever. It seems they never heard of customer services at all. I created an account on 16 of December, I had difficulties to sign in. I phoned them, the lady who answered me did not know how to solve the problem then she hang up the phone. Then I called them again, a very rude unrespectfull man answered me, he shouted and obviously couldn't solve the problem so he started to blame me and keep telling me turn the TV and other devices off and on. Then he hanged the phone how rude 😡😡 I used Google and I solved the problem out by myself..after tow days I tried to sign in again I couldn't Then I phoned them. A lady told me that we canceled your account 😐 I asked why she said " we noticed unusual activities on your account" I asked what do you mean. She refused to tell me. And she said try to create new account with different payment method. Who need to use such a provider like Netflix. Non-professional and rude. I will never be with them again.

I generally think netflix is good…

I generally think netflix is good quality for the money. HOWEVER two things I've watched in two days have involved animal cruelty. In The Prisoners, a dog appears to be held by its collar in the air for around ten seconds causing it distress and in The Whole Nine Yards, a lady sits with a dog on her lap, pulling it's hair tightly in a pig tail on the top of its head causing it visible discomfort if not pain. WHY? It does not result in kudos to the film, character or production company and if anything actually detracts from the central story line and makes netflix look like a bunch of ignorant heartless morons who can't put together enough decent quality acts. Shame on netflix and if this is a growing trend I'll soon be switching to something else.

Netflix down yesterday

Netflix down yesterday, 10 months been paying £10 a month and I asked to be compensated or given goodwill and been denied, spoke to a manager and still denied, customer service in the Philippines, and they are the only point of customer service and act like they own this rich company and do not want to compensate the customer in the UK who pay to money and to have a person from the Philippines acting like Netflix is their business and probably get paid a bowl of rice to treat UK customers like crap, if you cant treat your customers right and have rubbish customer service in a country like the Philippines who need you to spell out every single word you say because there English is that bad and let's face it they're not the brightest of people in the world to then have them not want to help you or make you feel unvalued as a customer, well I'm not going to put up with that I'm going to stop Netflix from this day forward and have no more to do with them, the manager in the Philippines told me netflix doesnt have an email address were i can complain to, what kind of company doesnt have a complaints department you can email, does maske any sense and this idoit telling me nobody reported any issues with netflix yesterday and yet go onliner and see how many peoples netflix was down, do you know netflix using amazon for there streaming, why do these big company get to a level and then start to treat customers like rubbish, as soon as they start that with me im gone not paying any company that treats me with disrespect and never will, stay clear of netflex theres other ways of streaming, trust me

Generally very pleased

Generally very pleased, good selection, cheap and good quality. Only complaint is that for no real reason I often am unable to connect, an issue around twice a week. But at such a low price it wont drive me away any day soon. Generally very good.

Good TV series selections to choose from

Been watching Netflix for the past couple of years and its not too bad generally. Good selections of shows to choose from. Good sci-fi and actions shows to choose from also.

The only niggle is that some times when I load the Netflix app on my Samsunt Smart TV it goes blank. All other apps are fine, Amazon prime, Apple, etc. I have to unplug the TV to reset then the Netflix app load up after unplugging. After 2-3 times a day I get fed up of it. :(

For eg the Halloween films there's 1,2 4&5, why not 1,2,3,4 oh yea because your sick & twisted, tbh amazon prime is looking much more tempting WISE UP OR LSE US, obviously its your choice. Sick and tired of getting into a series…

Sick and tired of getting into a series to later learn Netflix cancelled it. Like reading a book and somebody tears out the last three chapters. Also all the foreign rubbish we have to wade through to find anything. There should be a delete button for that so it gets left out. Then they tell you to watch things again? like reading last month's paper? There are good films on Netflix, a few good series too, if they don't get cancelled that is. It's time Netflix realised we pay to watch things, not to have them delete it just because they feel it doesn't merit their efforts.
