Over priced, plus since they have banned sharing account even though I’m paying for 4 screens so family members who don’t live together can watch it. All about the money plus there movies they update... See more

I used to love netflix but all you get now his dubbed or foreign stuff. Boring and rubbish. Not worth the money anymore. I'm cancelling. Going to prime and Disney.
I used to like Netflix but noticed this year you stopped adding translations to my mother tongue Russian. Last year there were always translations. It does not matter what is going on in the world, yo... See more

Good
Great selection of movies, but the releases seem to have been a bit slow recently, but can be expected with Covid
Great selection of series and movies!
Been a Netflix customer for over 10 years, there is plenty of choice for the whole family and new films/series being added daily. Some of the Netflix exclusives are amazing as well. They have some of the best series I have watched on there. I will happily continue to be a customer with them.
Too much choice and bleak subjects
Too much choice and not always the same level of quality. Find some of the films very dark and depressing wish they would put a star rating on the feelgood factor so I can filter those out. The series are much better and like being able to watch all episodes and not wait

Netflix series are the winner for me
Netflix series are the winner for me, my watchlist is full!
Keep them coming!
Films are certainly a let down though and reason for no 5 stars, they are old hat and nothing original.
Some interesting documentaries however…
Some interesting documentaries however most of the good films are old hat and the new ones are appualing, we used to describe them as straight to video. I only bother to watch it as a last resort
Netflix has become a cheap dumping ground.
Netflix has become a cheap TV programme/film dumping ground. Occasionally there is something good but never unique. Set formula series or very badly dubbed (probably good originally) foreign films. If you watch something & make the mistake of liking it, you get loads of same formula stories, which are unusually absolutely rubbish. I think perhaps I get 1 film every 2 or 3 months worth watching. That's about it.
I'm starting to feel like I'm being…
I'm starting to feel like I'm being robbed by netflix everytime I get into a series I like it gets cancelled after 1 or 2 seasons I think its a disgraceful waste of money
Excellent, I love Netflix and thank you for making things easy!
Excellent, so many great things to watch. Easy to use on several devices. Plus I just decided to change bill payment dates for Netflix and other things from other companies and Netflix was the only one who made it easy and I had it sorted within seconds without needing to contact anyone. It was super easy to find what I needed and doing it just took a few clicks. So helpful! I wouldn't be without my Netflix account, I use it instead of "normal" tv
I love Netflix
I love Netflix, but hell of a lot of box sets don’t have the full box set I have to go look somewhere else to watch the whole thing it’s so annoying , I don’t know how many things it’s only taken me half way through sort this out netflix
The highest plan they do is 4 devices - seriously?
The highest plan they do is 4 devices. So, if you are a family with 4 kids, you can not all watch something individually on a rainy day. Seriously? Netflix doesn't know the market and what the customer wants. No wonder people share passwords. Very poor.
Awesome tv series for such a cheap…
Awesome tv series for such a cheap price. it's incredible how tv has evolved thanks to netflix, cheaper prices everywhere. These guys have improved the industry for the consumer for sure.
Long list of original content
Long list of original content. I don't want to pay for a huge catalogue of older movies, I will watch terestrial TV for that. Where they do standout is their foreign language dramas/comedies that leverages their global presence. If i compare to the absurd price of SKY TV, its still value for money. Usability is good across multiple profiles and viewing histories.
Left wing, woke crap
Used to be good but all the new stuff is left wing woke crap so I'll be gone once I finish my current list for sure
Netflix is getting very stale nothing…
Netflix is getting very stale nothing new there are lots of newer films they can show but don’t getting bored now
Metamorphosis into a butterfly
Metamorphosis into a butterfly. I attempted to join Netflix about 3 years ago and it was so bad and expensive I gave up but I saw by accident a few films I was desperate to watch only available at Netflix so I took the trial to watch them and I was flabbergasted because Netflix had changed I to an impressive streaming platform over the last 3 years. The sign in was silky smooth, quick and easy, the picture quality was high definition and crystal clear with sumptuous colour. I got a cinema feel as the reception picture filled my whole screen which made my TV seem larger. The array of watching categories were vast and varied and every search I made came back immediately without a glitch or a gremlin. The subscription is now half the amount it was with triple the variety/choice and amazing picture quality. I am staying and I am still in shock as to how they managed to turn it around to perfection in such a short space of time BUT I AM GLAD THEY DID!
Netflix has contributed to my sanity…
Netflix has contributed to my sanity during this prolonged covid lockdowns and the like. I love the selection, I am really pleased that especially in last 12 months there is a huge choice of international/foreign language offerings. Thanks for doing that Netflix. Move in the right direction, more please.
I CANCELL BUT THEY KEEP ON RENEWING
It is the second time I cancelled my subscription and netflix renewed it and charged me again. I contacted them, they were supposed to refund me but instead refunding they charged me again!
