Over priced, plus since they have banned sharing account even though I’m paying for 4 screens so family members who don’t live together can watch it. All about the money plus there movies they update... See more

Netflix has become a cheap TV programme/film dumping ground. Occasionally there is something good but never unique. Set formula series or very badly dubbed (probably good originally) foreign films. If... See more
I used to love netflix but all you get now his dubbed or foreign stuff. Boring and rubbish. Not worth the money anymore. I'm cancelling. Going to prime and Disney.
I used to like Netflix but noticed this year you stopped adding translations to my mother tongue Russian. Last year there were always translations. It does not matter what is going on in the world, yo... See more

TERRIBLE - Netflix doesn't care and doesn't say sorry
Spoken down to, spoken over when talking, not listened to, its all my fault, Was told to close my account down and reopen it - having to pay twice as I had just paid subscription fee. Would not recommend them at all. If I could give a minus score I would.
Absolutely Pathetic, deletes series AS you are watching it !!!!
Still takes my money and to ADD INSULT TO INJURY they INCREASE the price, well GOODBYE CONFLIX.
It is ridiculous, no warning, just delete what you have been watching, pathetic and not customer centric at all.
At least AMAZON PRIME treat their customers AS customers.
DO NOT GET RIP OFF
Plan gets changed to higher price plan without notice and when you wish to complain customer service won't do anything not even give out complaints or head office number. You don't get anything for the regular streaming issues either. So u pay for something that's pot luck if it works and how much they take outta account
showing good movies in "Coming this week" ad for last 3 and half weeks...still they aren't available to watch
netflix uploading crap movies...for last 3 weeks they have put caste away, twister and couple more good movies on promotion and for last 3 weeks it kept saying, "COMING THIS WEEK"
I wonder how long is a week for netflix people...for us its 7 days..
Great service that works well, needs more content!
People complaining about the price rises and lack of content need to remember that this is not a compulsory service that one must buy. If you don't like it, stop paying and go elsewhere.
Netflix is a flawless product that works well, tracks your habits and offers new content at a frequency that works. Could do with more classics and blockbusters on the movie front but again, this is where personal opinion overrides everything. What is great content for one person one week, would be complete rubbish for another person.
Recommended.
great service costly now
great service but where it was worth it as it was under 10 pounds uk and felt like chump change. in 2 years 2 price increases at 13.99 its a great service thats not really worth it so much. i watch alot of repeats so might as well buy my content and stick it on a hd for this new price.
Still doesnt let me know when a movie or show is foreign, something at bed time would be very helpful.
Disneyplus is better
No variety not very good films. Would rather use disneyplus which has all my favourite movies and shpws as well as more great ones coming soon😏. Netflix used to be ok now there are no good films except studio Ghibli.
Greedy Netflix's getting sneaky double payments for same account.....
In November 2020 I upgraded on my Sky package and as part of the deal had the multi Netflik package at £6pm (normally £12.99). Followed the instructions Sky gave to stop the old monthly direct debit £8.99 going out (as you cannot cancel this payment yourself it can only be cancelled by Netflix) thought that was it and all sorted. My original Netflix account was taken out years before and my son set up and I paid for it through my account. My Sky is taken from one account so I wrongly assumed the existing payment of £8.99 had stopped as it wasn't going out of this account anymore but unfortunately it was going out of an old savings account and Netflix had continued to take out the £8.99 so from Nov I was paying twice for the same service (£8.99 and £6 through Sky). I rang Sky who were really helpful and confirmed I'd completed the link correctly but neededd to speak to Netflix's direct which I did. It was finally resolved in that when my son set up Netflix's (years ago) he used his email address not mine and hadn't changed his login to my email address on his devices when I upgraded in Nov. Even though Netflix knew I was only using the same Netflix (as I was the account holder and one paying for it) because I hadn't thought to check the original email address original Netflix set up on they couldn't (read WOULDN'T) refund the £8.99 overpayments apart from the March one. I thought this was really short sighted of them as I had been a Netflix user for years and years without problem. I am keeping Netflix as am getting a good deal through my Sky account but if I was just with Netflix I would have closed my account and told them in very strong terms how rubbish they were with customer service.....
Netflix Propaganda?
Netflix is owned by Marc Bernays Randolph. He is the great Nephew of Edward Bernays who created the most powerful and widely used propaganda methods of modern times. Netflix has quickly turned into the worlds TV channel, and while I dislike conspiracy theories these facts combined have made me uneasy and I have promptly stopped watching Netflix.

The quality of the dubbing in the foreign movies is appalling, terrible accents that don't fit....
Also not enough content
Netflicks is unsecured you will find…
Netflixs is unsecured you will find that you will have your account hack several times and you will pay for the privilege or somebody else watching your account, when you complain, the staff are in different and unhelpful will never purchase again thoroughly disappointed!!
An increase to £9.99 and all that's added are crap tv shows and films that are from other countries with subtitles!!! Nothing new to watch and are now adding old movies from 70s and 80S . CANCELLING
An increase to £9.99 but nothing new or worth watching. Apart from old shows, films and subtitled rubbish that I've never heard of. Cancelling my account
So apparently a number of my email…
So apparently a number of my email addresses were stolen in a data breach. Then someone used them all to create Netflix accounts. For the past 4 weeks Netflix have been spamming me with emails "YOU ARE RECIEVING THIS EMAIL BECAUSE YOU SIGNED UP FOR A NETFLIX ACCOUNT"
No. No I did not.
You are in breach of GDPR and I will be filling a report.
Greedy greedy Netflix!!!!
So, during a worldwide epidemic with millions of people furloughed or out of work and struggling to keep their heads above water, what do Netflix do to help???
They increase their subscriptions by over 10%!!!
How very kind and thoughtful of them.
Now it’s time for us to show them how grateful we are and ...SACK ‘EM!!!!!!
Total Rip Off
Total Rip Off. Started Netflix 18 months or so ago. Paying £5.99 per month. Had a technical problem with it and had to reinstall it following there instructions. Just received an email from them saying my package was going up to £13.99 I'm like what. I then notice on my bank statements for the last year they've been charging me £11.99 since the technical problem called them to get a refund and they refuse. Turned it off because it wasn't any good anyway and hardly ever watched it.
Greedy company Netflix with no customer…
Greedy company Netflix with no customer service skills whatsoever.
Do yourself a favour cancel your subscription and use Prime Video....
Netflix is a very poor provider keep increasing prices far in excess of inflation and reduce the quality and choice of their products at the same time.
Why is Netflix in the UK so rubbish?
Why is Netflix in the UK so rubbish! Why do you show movies like 365 days but then keep so many genuinely good tv shows and movies away? It's frustrating, I don't even need to name examples, but goodness. If you can show 365 days then you should be allowed to show everything, like that is a movie about rape, has actual sex scenes, and yet you keep other movies away from us. Huuh??

I scrolled through 6 different horror movies side by side, and all of them are in foreign languages. Waste of time even looking now, I’m cancelling my subscription.
Netflix has become a big let down over…
Netflix has become a big let down over the last year it’s got the Worst selection of horror movies and a lot of Foreign subtitle movies also some of Original series have been Permanently counselled ( The dark Crystal age of resistance) and ( Sabrina ) I now only have Netflix for stranger things , I find Amazon and Disney+ has more variety Netflix need to fix up
Awful, not surprised such bad rating here...
I just had an awful evening with Netflix Customer Service. A chat which got mysteriously ended. A phone call - unhelpful and frustrating. Another chat with someone who seemed to be hoping to help but evidently was not enabled in any way to do so. Fruitless.
