I ordered a same day delivery service. The delivery was attempted around 6pm in the evening at an office address.. Needless to say the recipient was not at work at that time. Delivery only took place the next day(today).
Please don't offer a same day delivery promise if you're unable to deliver on it.

The package was not delivered on the day it was supposed to be delivered, and there was no communication at all. This morning I received mails to say the package was delivered, which it was not, and another mail an hour later to say it was out for delivery. This experience was really not the best this time around.

I am extremely disappointed with this delivery experience. I ordered two items on Thursday morning for delivery on Friday for our anniversary. While one item was delivered on time on Friday morning, the flowers were delivered late that day after my wife had already left work, making it impossible for her to receive them. This completely defeated the purpose of the gift and ruined our anniversary celebration. To make matters worse, the flowers were then delivered on Monday and arrived in a poor condition, already wilting and drying out. This is by far the worst experience I have had with NetFlorist, especially considering the order was placed well in advance for a special occasion. I expected a reliable and professional service.
