I ordered my bosses birthday present from NetFlorist and expected it on the I stipulated. Needless to say I am still waiting for it to be delivered. I received cocky comments from the so called Agent with generic responses about the times of delivery and that I didnt specify it was urgent. There is no place in your to specify anything. it felt like I was dealing with an AI bot but was told no I wasn't it was a live agent. Well the intelligence level left alot to be desired. I will never use Netflorist again and will make sure none of my clients or friends use them either for there own sanity

Hi my experience with Netflorist was the worst. I ordered a gown set for my boyfriend whose birthday is today and it was supposed to be delivered yesterday and they didn’t even have the decent to let me know that they won’t able to deliver due to the delivery van being broken down. I made a terrible mistake by ordering from Netflorist again! They mixed up the orders and their email to me have another person's name and order number! I tried phoning from Australia, but all the phone numbers can't connect.
It looks like I lost my money and my aunty's birthday gift now.

Netflorist deteriorating service.
I have been a loyal NetFlorist client since the 1980s and although i have not used them for a long time I always trusted them for quality and professionalism. Sadly, my recent experience shows how far their standards have declined.
Earlier this week, flowers were delivered to us as a gesture from another company. While the thought was appreciated, the bouquet itself was shockingly poor — wilted, poorly presented, and without any proper arrangement. It looked as though the flowers were assembled from stock about to be discarded.
When I raised this with NetFlorist, their response was dismissive. They claimed the “correct number of flowers” had been delivered, missing the point entirely. The issue was never about quantity, but about quality, presentation, and the lack of care in the arrangement. My reply made this clear: “This is such a pathetic excuse. It has nothing to do with the number of flowers. It is about the quality, the arrangement, and the presentation. It is obvious you do not have a clue of the once high standards NetFlorist was accustomed to.”
Their follow-up apology felt generic and failed to demonstrate accountability or understanding of the problem. For a company entrusted with delivering people’s expressions of love and care, this lack of attention to detail and customer service is unacceptable.
NetFlorist was once synonymous with reliability and excellence. Today, they appear to have lost the plot. I share this experience not out of malice, but to warn others that the standards of this once-professional company have deteriorated

I’ve been using Netflorist for several years now and they are STILL so good, so reliable and I wouldn’t dream of using any other service. Most recently, I ordered a Mother’s Day gift of flowers and chocolate last minute and they were able to provide a prompt next-day service…as promised! Total life-savers! Thank you!

This is the first time that I have purchased flowers from NetFlorist. The process was really easy and smooth, and I was kept up to date with the progress of my order until the confirmation that it was delivered.
Now that I know how quick, efficient and prompt purchasing from NetFlorist is, I will most definitely make use of this service again! Thank you to a fantastic team!
Incorrect personalised order twice, poor resolution
I ordered personalised Mother’s Day fridge magnets from NetFlorist, but the order arrived with one photo duplicated and another photo missing.
I contacted customer service and provided photos of what was delivered. After several messages, they arranged a collection and exchange, and I confirmed the correct replacement image. Unfortunately, the replacement arrived with the exact same mistake.
NetFlorist then insisted that the error was on my side, even though I explained that the confirmation screen showed broken/missing image placeholders and I could not properly verify the uploaded photos. Despite arranging the exchange, they later said they could not arrange another collection or new delivery.
Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The product was incorrect twice, the resolution process was confusing, and the issue was never fixed. I would not order personalised items from NetFlorist again.

HORRIBLE SERVICE FROM SA'S BEST ONLINE FLORIST SHOP
I placed an order on Sunday the 10th for Mother’s Day, expecting it to be delivered on time for my mom. To my disappointment, I only received an email on Wednesday afternoon stating that the order was out for delivery, three days late.
I then called customer service and spoke to a lady named Lerato. Instead of explaining why the delivery had not taken place, she interogated me as to why the order was not delivered, which was both frustrating and unhelpful. I called to seek answers, not to be questioned especially considering i was promised delivery then and suprisingly it was delayed and no one cared to inform me ?
At this point, I would like a full refund. Based on this experience, I am extremely disappointed with the service received. A company presenting itself as “SA’s Best Online Florist & Gift Company” should do far better, especially for important occasions such as Mother’s Day.
The service was unacceptable and highly disappointing.

NetFlorist’s service is honestly bottom of the barrel. I have experienced disappointing service from them on more than one occasion, which makes it even more frustrating because the nature of their business requires efficiency, reliability, and good communication.
When people use a service like this, it is usually for special moments, surprises, birthdays, anniversaries, or important occasions. Delayed or poorly managed deliveries can completely ruin the experience — which has happened more than once in my experience.
What made this even worse was that the recipient was not even informed to expect a delivery, resulting in further confusion and unnecessary inconvenience.
A business built around gifting and emotional moments should understand the importance of timing, communication, and professionalism. Unfortunately, my experiences with NetFlorist have reflected the exact opposite

They "delivered" my package late - and delivered it to the wrong address - someone else clearly signed for it - they obviously don't check IDs of who signs - in which case a child could have even signed for it - judging the picture they showed me as "evidence of delivery".
Now I am getting no response from them with following up. Their whatsapp call helpline is a joke.
I am beyond disappointed. My gift is now no longer late but not even delivered. Shocking service. Never again.

Netflorist is the worst company I've used. They disappoint every single time without fail. They are ridiculously overpriced, deliveries are late, often items are missing. And when you enquire about it, they don't fix it. Save yourself stress and avoid this company unless you want your recipient to be disappointed.
Unhappy
Bought my mum a, what I thought, was a beautiful bunch of flowers only for her to send me a picture of a wilted half dead bouquet which looked nothing like the picture advertised. Spoke to customer service who said there was no problem with the bunch. Spending R1200 on a pathetic, half dead bunch of flowers will see me never using Netflorist again.

I ordered on the 8th and gave them atleast space for the 9th to have their things in order they're local that should be enough and for my package to arrive on the 10th of May and it didn't terrible communication at that reached out multiple times only info they could give me was the obvious it's coming today and by 8pm it should be there and total no show I reach out again they don't respond now as they've failed to deliver
