Purchased for my living room. I love them! The quality is amazing

The shades were exactly what I expected.
Well made, good looking and reasonably priced.
I will order again from Neutralcurtains, they have lots of options to choose from.

1. they did not send the correct brackets
2. the shades have been installed and after two weeks they don't operate

These curtains are every bit as good as ones. I paid five times for I wish I earned commission because I have given so many people the name of this website. The order comes fairly quickly and the quality is excellent.

Extremely happy with my top down bottom up window blind. The quality is fantastic. Excellent customer service as well. They are sheer enough to let a little light in during the day, but give you a feeling of privacy at night. You can see inside at night, but just shadows. I am very, very happy. The service, the quality of the product, the installation, everything is perfect. And I can't believe the price! Excellent product! I wish I could add pictures to this review, but it does not give me that option. They really are stunning.

These curtains were a joke! They were horribly made. Wouldn’t lift without the Roman shades bunching up. Total garbage and customer service was even worse! RUN! I threw them in the trash!

The custom window shades are well made — the material matches the sample perfectly, and the lining feels solid and durable. Overall, great quality and craftsmanship. Was surprised that they shipped and were manufactured in China. I have no problem with that -noting only because all marketing suggested US based. Shipping was free and timely. Installation was easy.

Purchased the top down bottom up Remy natural Roman shades with privacy lining and fabric edge. Easy to install and use. Purchased one first and liked it so much I purchased another the first on -I've only had for 2 months so hard to tell on its longevity. The outside gets a lot of sun

I’ve been a customer since they first launched their website and they have made significant upgrades to the ordering process and variety of colors and materials available. Shipping is fast (about a week to the US) and installation is so easy. We have taken the shades down to paint after initial installation and it takes two seconds to unscrew. I will definitely be ordering more.

Website was easy to navigate, ordered samples, which were nice and arrived in a timely manner. Had a question before I placed my order and it was quickly and easily answered. The shades gave me a little trouble with the tension. Customer service worked with me with great instructions how to adjust the shades, and when that didn’t work, they replaced the shades. I would give this company a 5 out of 5.

I ordered 9 roman shades and they arrived quickly and were very decent quality. I have had others customs made at 10 times the price but these were for a carriage house and I didn't see the need for that expense. The fabric options was phenomenal. I'm impressed!

The strings from the first set of shades broke when we opened the shades to check the material. Neutral Curtains quickly sent a replacement which worked perfectly. We’ve received lots of compliments for the shades since it’s installed!
