I ordered the natural linen flax curtains and planned to hang them with the back tabs. The tabs are placed too far from the edge of the panels and therefore wing out on the edges. When I reached out to customer service they suggested that I did not know how to hang them - not the case - and referred me to the website for instruction. When I reached out again with a picture the response was - maybe your curtain rod is too thick - not the case -and they suggested I order new rods from them. They also suggested that I use rings which would make the curtains too long. At that point I asked if they had a customer service telephone number and I have not heard from them since. The curtain quality is very nice but I don't believe that they care that their product has an issue and that they have an unsatisfied customer. Pretty disappointing the curtains are not inexpensive...

I loved the Roman Shades! I had an issue with the first set and reached out to customer service. They were so great and responsive. Sending me a new, well-functioning, shade in a very quick turnaround!! I have always said the customer service a company provides says a lot about that company and their confidence in the product they’re selling. This company meets my high expectations!! Live them!

The drapes are beautifully tailored and shipped very quickly! The memory training and pinch pleats give such a high end look.

I can’t recommend this company enough! I was very hesitant to order curtains online, but the product and service turned out to be outstanding. I ordered curtains for the master bedroom and two guest rooms—they are large windows that need custom sizes. These draperies compare very favorably to the $2200 pair I had custom made for my dining room. I ordered them on a Saturday and they were delivered that Thursday!!! I waited 13 weeks for my custom dining room pair….

Their selection of materials is vast, which really helps to choose the just right color for shades. They’re super responsive, always quick to answer questions to keep things moving. The quality of the shades is on par with the more expensive brands that only come through professional installers. And though it seems small, the motorized shades can be ordered with a front valance, so we can match motorized and non-motorized in the same room.

On top of that, their pricing is very reasonable - a great experience—I’d definitely recommend them!

My order consisted of 15 different shades - each window a different size. I submitted my order online - which was easy and efficient. The order arrived within a very short time, and all shades were clearly marked and a perfect fit. My total cost - including installation - ended up being a good 25% less than quoted by local supply and install companies.

We shopped around alot and Neutralcurtains offered the best price and leadtime. We are very happy with our order.

My first experience ordering with this company and the process was easy and the products are awesome. I’m getting ready to submit my next order for the other window coverings, as I was so please with the first order. I did order samples prior just to ordering the blinds, just to make sure of the material and more importantly the color selections. Don’t hesitate to order with this company.

This company had many options and when I decided on one that fit my budget and my taste - it was the easiest company to deal with. I was able to do everything on the website and when the finished product arrived - it met all my expectations and my drapery looks custom made!

I ordered two Roman Shades and curtains for my living room and they are so high quality! I love the herringbone and will probably order another Roman Shade for my bedroom. I am very impressed with the quality and price. 10/10 I love Neutral Curtains!

We needed a very tricky design solution for a very large window, and NeutralCurtains was very helpful during the planning phase to figure out the best option for our project. The fabric samples came quickly and helped in our selection, and the curtains arrived as promised. The quality overall is good, although we were not thrilled with the lining, which shows through the silk shades and creates an uneven pattern behind the beautiful silk. And the valences are uneven, with the back valences hanging lower than the front. We were able to remover the back ones and reposition them to improve this, but it isn't perfect. In general we are very happy with our roman shades and we would recommend NeutralCurtains - their pricing is fair for the quality and selection.
