Dissapointing experience
I was genuinely excited to place my first order for my future baby. After being repeatedly bombarded with their ads and seeing many cute items, I ordered 6 products from different categories.
The order was paid, but I never received any confirmation. A few days later, I received an email, with my name misspelled, informing me that ALL ITEMS WERE OUT OF STOCK.
All 6 items. From different categories. Does that sound true? No, if you ask me.
No explanation, no alternative options, no coupon, no discount, no suggestion to shop again at a later date, just a brief apology and a refund.
What makes it worse is that I’m still receiving their ads, showing the same items as “available”, and they are all listed as available on the website, too.

Just looks good in images
Ordered a bunch of things for my wife. First, the parcel arrived late. Then the box was poorly made. All the clothes were just stuffed into that box without any packaging including the coat.
Very poor quality clothes. Looked nothing like images and definitely not worth the price. Had to return the entire order.

Missing Order - I am extremely disappointed…
I am extremely disappointed with my recent shopping experience. I placed an order on 25 November and chose Royal Mail 48 delivery to ensure fast and reliable shipping. Instead, the company unexpectedly switched the courier to Evri without notifying me. Since 2 December, there have been no tracking updates at all, and it now seems that my parcel is lost.
Most of the items were intended as a gift for a newborn, so timely delivery was essential. The lack of communication, the unannounced change of courier, and the overall poor service are simply unacceptable. I would not recommend ordering from this store based on my experience. This was my first order, and I had intended to purchase additional Christmas gifts from them, but after such a disappointing experience, I no longer feel confident doing so.

Unattractive highly visible logo and poor quality accessories
The dress i bought has a very obvious and unattractive newbie logo on it and I’ve only noticed now and can’t find another dress in time for a photo shoot i bought the dress for. The bows i bought also broke within 30 minutes of use so the quality of obviously terrible. For the price, it’s not what i expected and don’t recommend this company. Many other high quality children’s stores to choose from. Avoid

Lovely items just sooo overpriced. The dress is lovely but it doesn’t come with extra material underneath like slip or underskirt, not having one makes it Look like a tablecloth. You can do better if you charge this prices!
