A big thank you to Sophie, Charlie, Alex, John and the whole team at Newcroft for their friendly, cheery, welcoming nature and priceless knowledge. A real 'don't sweat it, it'll be easier than you think' atmosphere, they gave me everything I needed to pass 1st time. Couldn't be happier, I'm now on my way to pursuing a new career. Training only took three days and I received my certificate promptly too - still can't believe it, actually! Cheers, all. I'm one happy customer.

Arrived for my CPC to find the company to be closed down. No answer on the phones or emails. There were loads of people there for courses but no staff. There was a Winding up petition on the gate!!!

Great friendly and professional from start to finish! Jon the instructor was great and promoted a relaxed atmosphere and really picked up on weaker areas. Rather than the typical this is how you must do it, he looked at how I drove and taught me what I needed in my style of driving. Passed 1st time. Really couldn’t recommend this company enough.

Fantastic training course, felt very safe and secure learning to drive the counter balance.
Trainers Luke & John were brilliant and reassuring. Also Sophie was incredibly helpful in setting the course up. Highly reccomend.

It was both intense and challenging but enjoyable due to the experience and expert instruction. Really pleased I took up that free test drive and chose to do my training with Newcroft. Every single person I met from first entering the building to taking my test was friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Thank you all.

Completed 6 days including test on the CE category driver training course with John Newman and passed my driving practical today with 0 minors. Couldn’t recommend the company enough for the HGV training definately recommend anyone to use this company.

I have just completed my class one training with this company. John Newman was my instructor, what a legend he his. I only had three days including test to pass and with John Newmans knowledge and expertise I passed! A truly informative and professional instructor.

I recently finished a forklift course at Newcroft Training, and I can't say enough good things about my instructor Eurico & thanks in large part to Eurico's excellent instructions & incredible training. I now feel confident and well-prepared to operate a forklift safely & efficiently.

Just passed my FLT course with newcroft. Had a great instructor ( Eurico duarte ). He gave us all the knowledge we needed, was patient and attentive. Great place, great course. Highly recommend.

Eurico Duarte (Rico)-
I had the privilege of learning from one of the most exceptional instructors I've ever encountered. Right from our first training session, it was evident that he possessed not only profound competence but also an extraordinary ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and understandable manner. His teaching approach greatly facilitated my progress during the training period. He didn't hesitate to emphasize the significance of specific procedures and their potential consequences. After just four days of intensive training in telehandler and counterbalance forklift operation, I now feel not only highly proficient but also confident in safely operating these vehicles. I'm certain that I can excel at operating them with ease, even after just a few hours of practice. I really hope I will be working with him next year for when I do my HGV licence.

Newcroft were great to complete my HGV course . John settled the nerves very well and was very informative. There’s always positives with John even if you knew you messed up he made it into positive . All test routes was covered and what and where to watch out for . . Also completed my Mod 4 as well with John who told you every scenario that you need to know .

Every email was responded very quickly as well . I had a cancelled on the day test and Husky booked me I straight away as soon as they could which always helps with confidence. I would recommend newcroft to anyone

What great place to be I really enjoyed doing forklift training here in southend progress road,People from here’s so welcomed and friendly I trained by Rico he’s so friendly fun a top man helping me until the end of my training he follow simple and easy way to teach us.I would like to say thank you

I come to newcroft to do folklift course and as I come in the doors was welcoming on reception. Meet eurico duarte my instructor haveing done the course now I can say (Rico) helped me to get the tools I needed and the skills he went out he’s way to help me as a indevual and top man funny easy to talk to and approach ask questions ect I’ve never meet a person like this and down to earth got the patience with every one. What a cracking man delight to be around and thank you rico for teaching me on the folklift with out you i would not have done it the way you teach is easy to get and understand your clear as can be and easy to get. Your an asset to newcroft in what you do there they should be happy to have sum one like you their in their team. Gave me the motivation and energy to do well on my course I can only say thank you for helping me and showing me and training me on the folklift. I would highly recommend (Rico) to Any one who wanted to do folklift course at newcroft book at newcroft and ask for (RICO) like I say thank you RICO FOR TRAINING ME.. smashing person Rico… I want to come back agen thanks to Rico for another folklift course telehandler..

Eurico Duarte was a good instructor, made course interesting. Explains things clearly. Good to be around.

Eurico duarte (Rico) is an outstanding instructor, Rico leads by example while always encouraging, engaging with his trainees and open to any questions, I highly recommend him at newcroft training centre for anyone looking for forklift training.
Very down to earth and approachable with great banter makes everyone feel welcome, always goes above and beyond for his trainees training while making everyone feel Calm and relaxed and confident in there own ability.
Rico definitely help me on a personal level I thank him and newcroft for this experience
