Eurico duarte was an amazing instructor at newcroft training centre, He put in alot of effort to help us gain our forklift licence with information to achieve this with ease i highly recommend anyone going for a forklift license to book in with newcroft and have eurico train you up, he is a top bloke. Thank you to newcroft and eurico for this opportunity, and helping me move a step forward in a new career.

My week at Newcroft was absolutely brilliant! I did my forklift course and was made as welcome as if I was family! Eurico (Rico) was top rate! The only thing that eclipsed the expertise of the staff at Newcroft was their energy. Eurico, my driving instructor, approached each lesson with a perfect balance between professionalism and banter, creating a very enjoyable learning environment. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to provide guidance and tips that exceeded the scope of the course. I am both satisfied and impressed by my experience at Newcroft.

Following 2 weeks of being back at college I attended The Newcroft training centre on progress road Southend, Essex for my forklift B2 qualification.
We received a warm welcome on the first day from Newcroft staff, including a casual hello from the boss. Our instructor Eurico (or Rico as he tended to be called) was first rate.
He maintained a light hearted but highly informative and structured first day of theory.
The remainder of the week could not have been better. Eurico was engaging, encouraging and always open to questions.
Treating the class as adults and with respect.
He fully embodied the instructional concept of EDIP the proof of which being all passed.
Eurico then offered additional training to tighten and test the skills we had gained through his excellent tuition.
My thanks go to Eurico and the Newcroft team.

After finishing my initial 2 week course at Southend College, I was booked in at Newcroft Training for my FLT training.
From the start everything was great. We were welcomed by Eurico (our instructor) who gave us a quick run down of our schedule and with that we were off and running. We started with a basic run through of a forklift (as some of our group were 1st timers), then off for theory. Eurico was very pleasant, funny, relaxed & patient with everyone and our questions. Day 2 onwards was practical and boy did it get practical! Eurico encouraged us every step of the way even when we made mistakes but made us understand what we did wrong and how to correct it.
The whole process was very relaxed and comfortable to learn in but obviously serious and precise overall.
We all passed with flying colours so well done to us all. Thank you to Newcroft for having us in the 1st place and a BIG thank you to Eurico for his fantastic attitude, personality & patience and encouragement along the way.

Just finished my 5 day HGV training course with Newcroft… amazing straight from day one, lovely guys to be around they become your friend straight away and make you feel really comfortable… John my instructor is truly amazing at what he does, he explains everything in such an easy way for you to understand and is very patient.. he even came in on an extra day for me as I couldn’t do one of the days.. he was extremely committed to getting me my license… I fortunately passed first time round and I cannot thank John and Newcroft enough!

I had a great experience at Newcroft. I was there for HGV class1 training. I was really nervous on my first day but was made to feel at ease by everyone there especially John. Fantastic trainer. Knows everything there is to know about HGV's. Couldn't have ask for a better experience. Would definitely recommend Newcroft to others wishing to do their training.

I have today past my class 1 hgv license with Newcroft. They were amazing from before I started to when I passed. John is an amazing instructor and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Everything was as smooth and comfortable as I could have wished for. 100% recommend this company.

Booked my test quickly and with no issues

Amazing company to use, really efficient and helpful staff made it for an easy pass on my HGV exam. John Newman was a great instructor to have. Everything was exact and precise on how he taught. Super friendly and easy going guy who answers any question you have and pushes you throughout the training to fully prepare you for any tests that you have. Really would recommend using this company and having John Newman as an instructor again!

John Newman was great, passed my Class 1 first time with only a minor thanks to him. Cannot recommend him enough.

Eurico really put us all at ease and guided us through every step of the course ensuring full understanding and answering any questions we had along the way. His kind and approachable personality helped to eradicate any nerves that I had. Thanks to Eurico I passed my FLT License and now have new opportunities for my employment and career.
