Good service, great prices, fast production and shipping
Newprint was a great company to deal with. I was able to speak to an actual person to have questions answered and they were very helpful suggesting the right product for my needs and budget. I did have an issue at first with the colour of my label proof, but was able to quickly have that corrected. Great price, and fast production and shipping. The final product came exactly as expected and I am very happy with the result.

Good service but a couple concerns
All concerns dealt with quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service. Would recommend this company even though the pictures were not as clear as expected. Proof shown for approval had better clarity than actual printed booklet. Photos quite grainy. Very please with layout. Ordered and shipped Feb 3, never received booklets until Feb 23rd. (3 wks). No progress shown for at least 10 days to the progress of shipping after Feb 3rd. Credit on file for discount difficult to use because of minimum limit amount of 10 books per order.

Excellent product and service
Fast, professional service. The bookmarks I ordered were exactly what I wanted, price was right, turnaround time was excellent, and staff when I went to pick up was helpful and pleasant (also funny ... always a bonus!). I'm thrilled to find a local (and Canadian!) printer for my needs.
