I bought 1 tshirt and 1 shoe this website is good.i like.

The quality of the products was very good and arrived very quickly and the price was quite affordable

The product was ok, i ordered some sneaker but they were too small. I contacted the customer Service on 2nd September for a return , but it takes days till they answer, and to this day , its the 15th September, i didnt get my final answer to solve the Problem. Really disappointing cause i liked their site on instagram a lot. The second pair i ordered got low quality than the first, i really don't know how they running their business. but if you wanna keep your nerves, don't buy anything from them.

Had what would be considered a minor problem with the company on a processing error. The logistics company end stated a product I tried ordering was delivered 90 days prior to me even placing the actual order. Despite this the company refunded the deposit placed on the product. In an email I was told after the refund process was finalized they would ship me the product free of charge. Will review further once the product reaches my household.

These shoes are sooo cheap. You can actually see light through them. But the worst part is they reak of super glue. The smell is unbearable to where they can't be worn.

They also took a month to arrive. They have a cool retro site that I thought was an American company but they are based in China. Shipment came from China.

For $60 I definitely got ripped off. It's also funny they have a 30 day exchange policy but it takes that long for them to even arrive. I got dupped by seeing one of their ads on Instagram and didn't do my research first.

Don't buy from them!

The package I ordered in July 2024 was lost. Mrs. Sarah Conaway told me via email that I will get refunded in 15 working days and it still didnt happen. My emails are simply ignored. Do yourself a favour and don’t buy here.

I purchased a pair of sneakers VHS 1981 that didn't fit (according to their table they should have). So I followed all the steps for asking for a return, get refunded to buy again next size. That was on July 6th 2024 and after reaching them again by email and Twitter still have no reply. Will never order again!

Just rocked my LED Neon Glasses at a night out, and the compliments were non-stop! Purchasing from Newretro.net was a breeze, and the product quality is through the roof. It's rare to find items that stand out this much and are still practical. They've nailed the retro vibe perfectly.

I ordered a pair of the Dyamicron T-120's. Beautiful shoes, not the best quality, but I knew what I was buying.

The autumn new retro winter jacket however... worst jean jacket I've ever seen. Horrible quality, not winter jacket by any means and misleading photos. The fur lining does not extend through the sleeves. Instead there is a black synthetic plastic that runs up the rest of the sleeve. this is common with modern jean jackets, but the synthetic material that they used feels odd on the skin and is so loud that I can hear it rubbing when I move my arms. The patches on the back and arm read “Outdoor / Liberty Freedom / Fashion” and “Q.L. / CowboySince2008 / Fashion” which make it seem like some kind of knockoff of an original. However, none of these patches appear on the photos. Overall the jean material feels and looks cheap and off.

I can forgive the poor quality, return and move on, but the customer service is wretched. It has taken almost two months (since my first email on December 12) to get a meaningful email response and they want me to return the item to the Netherlands and pay for the shipping, which costs as much as the jacket, even though their website says that all returns go through an address in Nevada.

I should have heeded the warning when Fakespot warned me against using their website, but I just needed those shoes. Next time I'll look elsewhere.

Customer service won't help me with a solution and has stopped responding.

I bought some shoes as a Christmas gift on Dec. 10th and I've been trying to get this resolved ever since. This has been time consuming and frustrating. I asked to return the item for a refund because they arrived damaged. Here is their response:

"We're truly sorry to hear that your shoes arrived in a less-than-perfect condition. To assist you with the return and refund process, could you please send us photographs of the damaged areas?"

I sent images and descriptions of the damage caused by terrible packaging. I'd upload images here if I could for you all to see.

"Dear Ryan,

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you've experienced with your recent purchase. Thank you for providing the photos and detailing the issues with the shoes. We understand that receiving a product that is not in perfect condition can be disappointing.

To ensure your satisfaction, we would like to offer you a new pair of shoes, free of charge. We hope this resolves the matter to your satisfaction. Please let us know if this solution is suitable for you.

Looking forward to your response.

If you have any other questions, please do not hesitate to contact us, I will always be here to help you."

I've been very clear that I don't want a replacement, I want a refund. I had to purchase something else as a gift and replacement shoes will do nothing for me at this point. Plus, as you can see, they said that they would provide a refund after proving damage.

Their response on Jan 17th:
"Unfortunately, if you do not wish to accept our offer for a replacement, any costs associated with the return process will need to be covered by you. If you agree to this, we will provide you with the return address."

I've asked them to send me a return label and to honor a refund three times since then and I have yet to hear a response, they're now completely ignoring me.

Hopefully this review will help other customers avoid disappointment and that the company will take action to resolve the time and $$ this issue has caused.

Poor quality, directly bought from cheap Chinese online shops. Keep away from them, because you can get everything cheaper if you buy it directly from China.

Now they are trying to remove this review just because it was 1 star and totally honest. Check the other 1-star reviews, I'm not alone with my allegations :) So they probably just bought the domain and now use Shopify to scam people. Nothing of them is U.S. based anymore.

Yea i ordered a product from you guys. Retro 1987 streetwear sneakers colorful. Bout 2 weeks ago and even paid for the fast shipping were even is the product?

Most of the time I only write reviews when I'm disappointed with either the service or the product. However, my recent purchase from this website has led me to write a positive one for the first time in years. The website is quite user friendly, the products are unique in terms of their design and the customer support is out of this world.

I've had several problems with the tracking code including not being able to check the current situation of the parcel. It took them 5 minutes to reply and another 2 minutes to solve all of my problems.

I must say though, I was a bit suspicious as well due to a few negative comments about the overall quality of the product yet it wasn't like that for me. I have inward feet so I choose my shoes carefully. The one I bought not only have great design but also is
one of the most comfortable shoes I've ever worn.

Due to a somewhat diverse experience with newretro.net, I decided to review:

On the one hand, the negative reviews about this business seem much more true, than the "great" ones. I'm saying this, because yes, I was tricked into not researching before buying due to some discount countdown. Also, I wasn't expecting to get a shipment directly from China, which I did, so dropshipping accusations appear appropriate. There was no nice packaging or gifts whatsoever, but shoes in a completely white cardboard box, wrapped in a plastic sack. The box arrived severly crumpled, but luckily this didn't cause any unaccaptable damage to the shoes therein. The design of the shoes differs slightly from the images on the shop. It bothers me, that there are no designations whatsoever on the product, leaving no clue about materials used, origin, or manufacturer. Even the size is not printed anywhere, but only on a little sticker stuck to the sole! Statements about not using Chinese materials or the like appear questionable at least. What sense would it make to import anything like this TO China for manufacturing and/or shipping?
Actually, I wasn't expecting too much and I was keen to try, although some bells rang from right at the beginning. If I had been expecting quality and overall experience matching the relatively high price of the product, I would be pissed.

However, on the other hand, they did ship quickly and gave reliable tracking information. As soon as I saw it was coming from China, I wasn't expecting an all too quick delivery, though. All in all, delivery was reasonable. If they were shipping from the USA, it would probably have taken at least as long to my location in Europe. The shoes, apart from being some no-name, no-designation China-something not even completely true to product pictures, are nice and quite comfy! Quality doesn't match the price tag (glue...), but the (synthetic?) leather is soft and has some nice texture. Will see how they hold up over time.

That said, I'll still give an honest two stars, since they did deliver and the product is usable after all. But over all, I won't buy there again. When I'm happy to accept quality like that, I order directly from China and get China prices...
