I sent a BROKEN bouncy chair back, and they have only refunded half of my money. They say it was returned dirty of food residue on it and dusty, this is simply not true in the slightest. we had the chair for 2 weeks before packaging it up as the vibrator didn't work, which we even sent them a video proof off. My son is 8 weeks old, what food residue can there be? any parent knows you dont feed a newborn in the chair, so i would LOVE to see pictures!! You have clearly got the wrong person mixed up, but in any case, i will be fighting you for this. LYING SCUM!!!!

After a full day of shopping at La Di Da my married daughters and I looked through all the bags of clothing I bought for my grandkids. One more beautiful thing than the next. I must say the customer service is amazing! While we were getting tired Malky ( pretty blonde sales lady .. I think her name is malky ) kept helping us with her beautiful smile and her eye for fashion … every season we head to the best store: La Di Da!!!!

Costumer service is excellent. I chatted with a rep to ask information about the product I was interested in. But the app is very hard to navigate. We can’t shop by category or put in a search word. The features simply don’t work.
