Ja’Kira was so sweet and helpful all my questions were answered and in a very timely manner.

Customer service is incompetent. Takes 4 business day to transfer money while they take money away the next business day.

Your customer service ESP Ja'Kira is well and above other banks. She took the time to help me download bank statement, which made be opening this CD possible. If not for her help i would have went to another bank.

I recently opened a personal savings account with Newtek. The application process was simple and quick. When I had log in issues their customer service representatives were incredibly helpful and quick to resolve the situation. My only caution is don’t call during high volume hours. Be patient because they do have great customer service!

Deposits were easy. I have yet to transfer money out… just know you have to plan a few business days ahead to complete transfers. Even transferring into the account… You have to schedule with a minimum leadtime of 3 to 5 business days. It’s not instantaneous. So it’s not a savings account you can draw from without planning.

Newtek Bank offers highly attractive CD rates, making them a great choice for savers. Their online banking platform is simple, clear, and easy to navigate, which makes managing accounts stress-free. I was especially impressed with their customer support—Katie responded to my request promptly and ensured my transaction was completed on time. Excellent service and reliability!

The experience I had trying to open an account with Newtek Bank was somewhat strange, as the application was not particularly user-friendly, and I had to try several times, including calling customer service. Fortunately, I was assisted by Kimberly, who was extremely courteous and precise, and thanks to her help I was finally able to complete the process. For that, I am very grateful.
