I placed an order through eBay for the Samsung Galaxy A70 Coral in very good condition (I paid extra to receive the better condition phone). Once it arrived, it was packaged poorly and could have easily got damaged in transit with only a little bit of bubble wrap. The phone was damaged with chipped paint all around the charging point. Their OWN description stated "very good condition" as "The casing may have some scratches. But will not be dented, chipped or have chunks of paint missing". My phone had CHUNKS OF PAINT MISSING... The company doesn't check Its phones properly before posting. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere!

This is the third time I’ve used this company, and each time it’s been absolutely first class. I’m an older tech user, over 80!, who loves gardening and keeping busy. In the past two or three years I’ve broken 3 phones, and they’ve come to the rescue. I’ve recommended them to friends and family and wouldn’t buy a phone from anywhere else. Thanks a million.

Ordered online and arrived the next day very quick service indeed

Incredibly fast delivery and my category A phone was as good as new. No scratches etc and healthy battery. Came well protected and wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard. My only complaint would be that the charging cable they supplied is quite low quality and doesn't work great. But that's a small issue, the phone itself is brilliant.

Delivered promptly and phone in amazing condition. I have always had contract phones and although coming to the end of a contract the upgrade prices are now crazy and my phone was really battered. I am really happy with this as an alternative to being tied into a long contract and going sim only. Even if I only keep it for a year I will have saved money- although it will last longer.

Abusive use of reporting negative feedback on eBay. Had my negative feedback removed by reporting me for returning something. This company is a joke, avoid them.
Sold me a faulty phone, claimed it was sent next day delivery and it wasn’t. Then had my feedback on eBay removed. Any company that reports feedback has something to hide. Avoid this company.

The reply below is probably 50% lie, for starters they state 90% of deliveries are next day yet two orders have both taken 2 days? Seen other reviews mention this also.
Secondly the phone was not faulty on the selfie camera it was the main camera something that testing would have shown so clearly they do not test their phones correctly
I fully expect the phone coming tomorrow will have some issues as they don’t test, fool me for ordering from them again
