It is my pleasure to work with Nextt. I have been with Nextt for a long time. They always provide good training and well supportive. They always give very good flexibility and always patient in listening to the staff and their needs.

Ensuring all clients have awesome staff to look after them, that go above an beyond. Documentation for clients is great, with medical sign off sheets. Ensuring client ndis package is adequate, and if not will help the client put a review in. Celebrating Christmas with clients.

I love working for nextt as I have achieved so much with the help and support from management to the crms
And the always busy rostering team. All I can say is a big thank you to everyone of them

I’ve been with this company for a few months and don’t have negative things to say. The structure of the company is good. The relationship between the clients and Management is good. The Management and workers have a respectful relationship. Rostering is always understanding about situations that may affect one’s shift. There’s only good things to say about the company but I don’t want to seem like I’m bragging about it. I’ve had great fun working for them and will continue to work for them.

I feel very supported by my Sydney team. The Sydney office really listens to my concerns over my clients support whenever I have concerns. They act upon it quickly. They are contactable when I need someone to respond to an issue or questions I might have.

I have been always pleased to be a part of the Nextt family Sydney.Supportive management team,proper trainings, positive culture has always inspired me to put my best efforts for clients wellbeing and in relationships with colleagues.Most importantly I have always found the seniors so reachable whenever needed.

We have great people that we work with and honestly say I have had great bosses monica karones shae and Monique and there had been more but sadly no longer with us but we always have support from the company and caring for all our clients as we do as well I would recommend this company to everyone I meet even family I take my hat off to every single one of you for all the work pressure you have to give the clients the best they can have, I have enjoyed my ten years of working and more to come .

Nexxt Brisbane provide excellent support to clients and staff. CRM's Elizabeth and Stacey are easy to talk to and very supportive. Working at Nextt has been a great and rewarding experience.

CRM Stacey H is wonderful at her work, i know first hand because I am a Support Worker. Stacey visited my client while on shift and right from the start made my Client feel relaxed and comfortable. CRM Stacey then walked through our client's house listening to his experiences, asking questions and making the client feel cared for, which put the biggest smile on our client's face and he reminisced the experience for some time. And that my people is a large part of the industry we love to work in .
