Shannon loves living in his SIL house with the workers here. He says they make him happy and he loves them all ! He also said the SIL workers make the holidays extra good !

I am most humbled to work for nexxt…

I am most humbled to work for nexxt acompany with very humble and dedicated managers who are very understanding and more of family to some of us who are far away from our families, i love sydney team and there dedication I cant mention all by name but mostly interacted with Shaelaigh, Monica, Monique, Indra and Merinda with the others that i cant remember there names honestly they are more than just managers be blessed and keep up the good work and good attitude towards your clients and staff

I have been working for nextt for the past year and have found them to be a great company to work for they care for the wellbeing of there clients and provide adequate training for there support workers and are always there to help you through any difficult situations that may arise with clients I would highly recommend there services to any support workers or clients that may be facing difficulties with other providers

GREAT Support from all CRM’s I have…

GREAT Support from all CRM’s I have contact with particularly Elizabeth. The reason for not giving 5 star was due to complications of Carelink & also trying to have access to wage department. Both have finally been rectified.
I find an openness when communicating with CRM’s. This makes it easier to learn more & to troubleshoot any worries or concerns. I also feel a healthy respect when communicating with CRMs for Clients & Support Workers. When detailed discussions are required I feel comfortable to do so & also the added sense of humour goes a long way.

Nextttttttt

Working with nextt health for 2 years I can say that the interaction with staff and employees is outstanding, and all contributing factors of life for clients
Through the trials and tribulations of this sector staff have been easy to correspond with for the best and positive outcomes. Nextt Brisbane metro know how to deliver a professional and punctual service!!!

Great team. Great experience!

In large part, I attribute my positive experience with Nextt to my customer relations manager, Caey Mahu. Her attention to detail, exceptional communication skills, ability to trouble shoot, industry specific knowledge - along with being a value based professional has made working with her a very positive experience. Casey has also managed to assessable exceptional teams for the clients I support. I find I have alot of trust and comfort working within these teams as I am assured talk will flow into action, plans will be develop and followed.

I find all the people that work for nextt

I find all the people that work for nextt in Baulkham Hills Office also the Chippendale office in Sydney are very helpful they all do an excellent job. They are very polite and helpful and friendly Which makes working for nextt a pleasure thanks

A very positive experience...

SM has been supported by Nextt for several months now. He is battling with a number of things that make day-to-day life difficult for him, apart from his life changing irrevocably after a massive stroke. Nextt have been very flexible and supportive whilst SM is transitioning into living more independently away from a nursing home setting. Whilst his life will never be the same as it was, I have seen some of the old SM returning and I believe that is due to him being able to have one on one care with regular support workers and building rapport and trust. Having SM's wonderful support coordinator introduce us to Nextt has been a very positive thing for both of us.

Michelle the wonderful woman

Michelle is a shining start at next and helps so much in everyday things for us as support workers she is the first person we call when we need some5hing and is always there and willing to help aswell as all the work she does for clients with scheduling an cancellations/finding people to fill in she is under appreciated snd if it weren't for her efforts and all she puts into her job nextt wouldn't be were it is today I honestly think it would fall apart

Working at Nextt

Nextt has been an amazing job this last year. They are very considerate of both my own and our clients’ needs. They are very flexible, and always try to work shifts around my schedule and make them work for me. They are very understanding and try to only offer shifts that fit into my requests for travel distance and type of work. They make me feel like it’s okay for me to say no to a shift if I don’t feel comfortable. They make me feel secure in my role and confident as a support worker. They provided great training at my commencement and throughout my time here. They communicate well and always put in the effort to rectify any concerns I raise with them. Overall, working at Nextt has been a great and rewarding experience.

Nextt Review by Ross Daniell

Hi, I have been asked to write a review and our experience with Nextt. Our son, who has Down Syndrome is presently attending a Nextt day program and he is also being supported by Nextt in a 24 hour SIL faciltiy.
Our experience with Nextt has been okay but not always perfect.
In fairness to Nextt it has been a difficult few years because of Covid with staffing and supports, so I am writing these comments with hopefully a balanced approach.
I have found Nextt to be always open to any issues that we might be concerned with and they do listen and try to quickly rectify any situation and accordingly improvement have been made.
On the other hand with staff and administrative changes the original issues can be lost or revert back if they are not constantly bought to the attention again.
On the whole I would say Nextt are doing their best in an environment that is not perfect by any means and it requires constant persistence, determination and a willingness to listen and improve which I would say they are endeavoring to do.
I can’t give them a perfect score because we live in an imperfect world but they are doing their best and let’s see what 2023 bring.

Nextt Brisbane 😍

Working under next for almost two years now and this has been the most supportive, flexible and encouraging company I've ever worked for. I don't feel guilty if I have to take days of for myself or my daughter, no guilt at saying no to a shift etc. Everybody is so friendly and incredible. Currently a support worker I want to work my way up. Nextt is my dream company! The clients are incredible also!!

Supportive staff member.

I am happy with Nextt.
Especially it is easy to work with staff from the office. Fast response and supportive staff menber.
I also liked training both online and off line. It was very useful to have first aid for mental health few years ago.
The only reason not to give five star is the fact that field worker also need an encouragement and rewards from company. I recived flowers from Nextt last year because i recived good feedback from one of my clients. Flowers are good but I think something like the Merit Award would be better.
I am still learning so mamy things from my work. Also we sometime need compliments and reward.

Loved working with Nextt

I worked with Nextt for 2.5yrs providing support for clients with mental health issues through community access shifts, and in my later months as a support worker in SIL facilities. I loved every bit of working with vulnerable people and making each day a little better for them. Organizational culture wise, I particularly loved working with house leaders Julie Lyons and Liz Baker, and CRM Dylan Motteram. Overall, a very good company to work for.

Having access to schedules and rosters…

Having access to schedules and rosters is a very important part of being able to work well with ones client/s. Rosters would be one of the most difficult jobs in any organisation. At the Coffs Harbour office we have Michelle Hayton who does an amazing job with the rosters and is easily accessible to discuss any issues or changes that need to be made. Thank you Michelle.
