I would highly recommend Nexus auto transport. I had experienced a nightmare with another company. I contacted Nexus in the early morning and signed a contract. Nexus picked up my vehicle that evening and transported it over 3000 miles in 4 1/2 days to my new address they communicated with me. It was such a smooth transaction. I would never think of using anyone else.

Awesome! Had 2 cars out of town, one got a flat tire and it was late Sunday. We had to drive home in one car and they got the other car home early Tuesday at the best price! Never had to do anything like that and they made it so easy!

I was very nervous about shipping my car across the country but Nexus and Mike, Edgar, and Mary were amazing. They were so helpful and nice. They made it such an easy process for me. From getting the quote to dropping off the car and being available to answer any questions, they did an amazing job. I’ve heard some bad stories about transporting your car but these guys are far from that. And the price was honestly in the same range as everyone else I was getting quotes from. I was happy with the price and the service. I would definitely refer them to anyone else and I will also be using them again if I ever need to.

I had a great experience with this company! Communication was excellent from start to finish, and my car arrived in just one day from Chicago to North Carolina with no issues during transport.

They only required a 30% deposit upfront, with the rest due at delivery, which was super convenient. I’ve now shipped two cars through them, and both experiences were smooth, affordable, and stress-free.

reviews?! I booked based on these reviews and a Forbes review and am currently driving my car across country because they failed. I booked a month in advance, received a 5/8-12 window on 5/2 and that was the last I heard from them. I called every day and was told that the dispatcher was trying to find a driver. When I asked for updates they never called back. Finally on the day of my flight I got the service rep to admit there was no driver, so had to cancel my flight & will spend the next 4 days driving. No apologies or explanations-the worst!!!!!

After being scammed three times (yes, THREE and I even had to file a police report), I was extremely hesitant about shipping my car. This was my first time doing it, and I didn’t want to drive long distance and put miles on my car, so I decided to ship it instead. That decision turned into a nightmare until I found Nexus.

I called Nexus on a Friday morning and spoke with Jim. In my opinion he was just okay. At that point, I already didn’t trust any company, and while Nexus was a bit more expensive than others, I can confidently say: you truly get what you pay for. Learn from my mistake don’t go with the cheapest option and risk getting scammed.

They picked up my car that same evening around 9 PM just slightly outside the original window, which was completely fine. The driver, Victor, was kind, communicative, and professional. Ethan from logistics stayed in touch with me throughout the entire process, which really helped ease my anxiety. Very kind.

I was told my car would arrive on Tuesday but it actually arrived early on Monday morning!

The delivery experience was exceptional. The driver (I believe his name was Max) provided some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. As someone new to this process, I appreciated how patient and reassuring he was. He encouraged me to take my time inspecting the car and didn’t rush me at all. He even reminded me to check inside for my belongings before completing the delivery.

He went above and beyond after unloading the car, he parked it in a way that made it easy for me to leave without any hassle. That level of care really stood out.

Everything arrived in perfect condition.

I also interacted with members of the customer service team, including Jessica, and everyone was kind and helpful even though I came in stressed from my previous bad experiences.

Overall, Nexus completely came through for me when I needed it most. They communicate well, vet their drivers, and deliver on their promises.

My only suggestion: it would be helpful if they explained the process more thoroughly for first-time customers like me, especially for those unfamiliar with how car shipping works.

That said, they still deserve 5 stars. I would absolutely use them again (even though I hope I never have to move again because moving is stressful!). I will definitely do enclosed carrier rather than open.

If you’re reading this and unsure, just go with Nexus. You won’t regret it.

Reasonable price, friendly service, easy to contact when a question came up. When the original carrier had to back out because of a truck problem, Nexus found a new carrier in less than 10 minutes.

Outstanding experience from start to finish. The communication throughout the entire transport process was excellent, pricing was fair, and delivery was right on schedule. The driver handled my vehicle with great care and kept me updated during transit, which gave me a lot of peace of mind.

The car arrived exactly as promised and in perfect condition. It’s hard to find companies these days that are both professional and dependable, but this team absolutely delivered. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone needing reliable vehicle transport services.

I would like to start off by saying this move across the country was extremely taxing and difficult. THE ONLY thing that went absolutely flawless was working with Nexus to deliver our car from San Diego, CA to Merritt Island, Florida! They were the absolute best in every way possible. From pick up to delivery, they communicated every step along the way with us, ensuring our vehicle got there without a hitch. Not only that, the guys at Nexus worked with us and our time adjustments… dropping off our car and sending pics of everything and trusting us to pay them bc we couldn’t make it there in time to receive the car. I will never use another company other than Nexus! We love you guys.. thank you for being honest and communicative, as well as flexible with everything. The price was the best out of any company and I would review 10 stars if I could! There are so many companies out there and if you’re trying to decide, hesitate no longer! This is your company!!! I shipped my vehicle from Phoenix, AZ to Charlotte, NC. Nexus Auto Transport was very professional to deal with. The arrangements were simple, and the pricing was competitive. The driver showed up to pick up the vehicle as scheduled, and dropped the vehicle off ahead of schedule in Charlotte. Everyone was very courteous I would recommend Nexus to anyone shipping a vehicle.

I used Nexus Auto Transportation twice. I never had an issue with pick up and delivery. They were able to delivered in given timeline.

Emma promised my a driver to haul my truck from Goergia to Pennsylvania within 3 days and within 24 hours truck was picked up and delivered the next afternoon no damage and great driver super happy with thier service from start to finish

terrible. agreed to a SoCal to PNW car ship quote and then when the pickup date passsed they reached out after and jacked up the $ by $800. Bait and switch, even after they promised not to do that when I first called them. Completely untrustowrthy.

Great communication they took care of everything even sourced the appropriate trailer for my high roof van. Driver was in communication about ETA and even did a check of the address to confirm what he had listed, luckily he checked because he had wrong address from dispatch. I’m glad the drivers are thoughtful enough to check. He was friendly and even offered to driver the vehicle the rest of the way to me when he reached as close as his trailer rig would allows 5 stars this is my 3rd time using nexus with no regrets.

A mixed bag. Gave me a low quote which resulted in no offers from truckers for critical days. Then in the 11th hour found someone, but requesting a much higher price. Thankfully I had a more competitive offer from another company, so they matched to get the job. Not really ethical.

The reality of car transportation is never expect your car to be picked up on time. I selected Nexus this year because my car was picked up last fall 9 days late by another company. The Nexus sales person was nice on my first call and said all the right things: “the days you selected are the best for us”, “we have many drivers on this route”, I see no reason we can’t get your car on time”, etc. As of now my car is sitting in the driveway 5 days after the agreed upon pick up date. Many excuses have been offered: “there is a driver shortage”, “the drivers we have are fully loaded”, “we are trying to reroute drivers”, and my favorite today “the DOT is stopping drivers more frequently and that slows the process”, so it has become Trumps fault. Be aware that no car transportation company will get your car to you in time. Nexus is not better than other companies.

When I booked with them about a month ago, the reviews were largely positive. Now that I have come back to see, the wheels have come off the bus on this company. They make all kinds of promises and then can't find drivers. They do not honor their commitments, and string you along. Maybe it's gas prices, but that's not my problem. They shouldn't say they can provide this service. All last night, the very nice service people assured me that a driver would be found for today's time frame. Well, they lied.

I can not possibly say enough great things about Nexus Auto Transport!!!! my car got stuck in Georgia, I live in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. I had my car towed to the nearest dealer and fixed and when it was ready, I called Nexus and had my car back within 24 hours. They were so nice and so accommodating I would never use anyone else. If you’re looking for someone to transport your car, this is the way to go use Nexus. They are the best.

Disaster. They guaranteed delivery in a two day window, and we arranged our flights accordingly. They failed to provide a driver by the second day, so we had a change our flights and incurred significant costs. Lots of excuses about not enough drivers, failed insurance, and other random things, but complete failure to meet their guarantee. And no concern, whatsoever, about their failure.
