I ordered a product that was not available anywhere in the country. I had to wait about two months for the supplier to receive stock.
The communication from Nichliving was excellent!!!
I was made aware of the issue with the unavailability and was offered a refund. I however decided to wait for the product to arrive from overseas. I was kept updated with email correspondence and phone calls. Not once did I wonder what the status of my product is. We'll done Nichliving!
