My visa was delayed and I communicated…
My visa was delayed and I communicated to your manager, I paid 3 months accommodation and later I had to defer, I tried to get a way back in since I'm starting school this year but the reception has been terrible even though I was unable to live in Ashlin house. I was so disappointed
KitchenAid not provided
The biggest negative is that people need to buy all KitchenAid individually, there are no items left from previous years because everything is thrown away. At least it would be cool to have common forks, knives, plates... It is a huge waste and a big hustle for the future folks that move in.
Positives:
Great staff
New facilities
Spacious common area
Quite
Great neighbors
Warm during winter
Negatives:
Small Windows in the room, not to much natural light
The light and ventilator turns on automatically in the bathroom when it senses movement, there is no option for doing by itself
Small room
Bad mattress, it wasn't even
Unnecessarily fancy for the students which increases the price, there are other cheaper and still cozy places
Worst place to stay as an student
It is the worst place to stay as student. They don't have anything needed for kitchen and beeding. They charge you crazy amounts whenever they want, their contracts doesn't say anything about the cancelation process and there is one girl called Michelle whom is very rude to customers and doesn't explain anything properly, if you don't understand her, she screams at you and scold you.
I came to Ireland and hate it because of Nido, now that I moved I am able to star enjoying it.
okay, if you're desperate
Absolutely loved the 24-hour hot-water availability, the location, on-site gym, and the fact that they received parcels for us, however that's about it. The kitchens are absolutely bare-bones, you are essentially playing russian roulette with your flatmates, the basketball hoop is a good idea until its not, there aren't enough washers or dryers, the door system is flat out weird (why do i have to leave through the lobby when there's a door that leads straight outside in the gym? oh because we've made it an alarmed fire door) (oh you want to carry your luggage/groceries/whatever in? gotta deal with the heaviest doors in human existence) (oh you want to take a picture out of your window cause it looks pretty? well you either gotta do it through the tiniest metal bars or the dirty never-cleaned windows- take your pick!)
Additionally, I hated that they allowed cars in when there was absolutely not enough space. They would park in front of walkways and when you're carrying groceries in, its really annoying to walk around one or two cars just to get to your blocks door.
When you email the team about a problem you're having with your flatmates, they will tell you to "talk it out" even if you already tried. For months.
Oh, the walls are thin by the way.
Nevertheless, if you really need accommodation, it's not the worst. Liveable, especially if you hot jackpot and get actually nice flatmates.
Super worry about my future stay in…
Super worry about my future stay in Nido Living in Copenhagen. Started to book 2 months ago and never can reach out to staff via call. Everything can only communicated via email and very minimal thing that i can ask about the apartment information. Anyway, i started booking procedure and more than 3 time the system failed to allowing for signature. After 4th time after I signed the contract and paid deposit, it took 2 weeks and still the portal did not recognize payment and don't allow for check-in. Emailed and was kept asking to update the system.
I am super worry about my future stay, even booking procedure has such problematic with communication

Best residence in Lisbon for Erasmus experience
They organise nice activities such as welcome party, morning breakfast, Nido market,..
In the building are multiple common areas where you can meet new people. For example: common area, common kitchen, ..
There is a fitness & yoga room that motivates to work on mental health.
Laundry room is also available in the building.
On the reception there is 24/7 a person available that we can reach if there would be some problems.
The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean…
The bathrooms and bedrooms are clean and the windows are dust free.
Good overall, but there's too much noise.
The place is really good. The rooms, the furniture, the common spaces are all of good quality. However, the sound quality is not desirable. There is a bathroom vent that is constantly on and is rather loud, even with the door closed. And due to the incredibly large windows, every small sound from the street underneath my apartment can be heard. I can't sleep without earplugs, especially since there's a building in construction nearby and the workers there start using loud machines from 6 am.
Excelent ambience
Excelent ambience, great atmosphere, brand new rooms, a great place to learn. Location is near the best universities, and a few amenities like gym, laundry, learning room, that provide a solid experience talking about accommodations.
Amazing accomodation 100% recommend x

Very new and modern Student housing
Very new and modern Student housing in Lisbon with everything that you need
Really great experience
Living area is spacious, good for having friends over, en-suite shower is really big, beds are really comfortable and although a lot of people stay at Ashlin house it’s hardly ever too noisy at night to sleep. Staff always friendly and helpful.
Great site
Great site! I found great accommodation at a great price, and so easily.
It’s very modern and up to date
It’s very modern and up to date. It’s a lovely student accommodation for those who want a room with space and it’s actually in a pretty good location with it being not to far from the city centre of Newcastle and it’s close to heaton and jesmond.
Staff are lovely, always willing to help and maintenance always come the next day after putting a request in.
The only down fall of this accommodation is that the bathroom is a little too small. I stayed at Stepney yard the year before and their bathroom size was perfect with under sink storage where as, the bridge doesn’t.
However I would defo stay here again! It feels safe and it’s just a clean and bright place.
Everything’s perfect here.
Okay
Like - Clean units, modern, friendly staff, good wifi.
Dislike - Small, expensive, lack of facilities
One bad experience - had a housemate who kept the common room in a bad state, myself and the other housemates complained to Nido, but no action was taken really, common area still in bad shape.
