Tracking Device is Junk

Nielsen promised me money and gift cards in exchange for installing tracking devices on my TV and laptop. The devices often times didn't work. Nielsen reps called me they couldn't get a read on the equipment. After the repair technician Will came to fix it, it still wasn't working. The promises of money and gift cards never arrived.

Defo NOT Worth the Effort!

Its certainly not worth the effort to join this 'scanning your shopping' panel.
You have to unload all your shopping and scan each one separately with your mobile and answer
3-4 questions on each article. Then, after an update they added more questions. Takes ages and NOT what you want to do when back from a busy shopping trip. I made 1,500 points after 4 weeks but you have to get over 5,000 for any reward. You would do and earn better doing surveys for Toluna or You gov. Have unsubscribed.

Terrible experience

These ratings aren't worth the recycled toilet paper they are written on. I was told I would receive a voucher for doing the ratings survey, after months of promises it never arrived. I rang up 6 months later, they apologised and said the voucher would be sent. Again it never arrived. Additionally their methodology and sampling methods are appalling making the ratings survey skewed and pointless. On top of that they are time consuming and my kitten escaped from the house when they came over.

So many cords for no reason

I hate all the wires they put down the tv it’s obnoxious…. It’s 2023 and we can’t have one singular wire at all and they ran it right across my dresser blocking it like I can’t open the drawers how stupid. I hate it

Spoke with a gentleman named Tim…

Spoke with a gentleman named Tim Burford who offered service for a study they had then after getting my info he said unfortunately he couldn't do it...I didn't understand why he took all my info and promised me then say 3 hours later he couldn't...This whole thing sounded sketchy

An absolutely excellent company that…

An absolutely excellent company that always give you points for sharing your phones usage with them. They always contact you when your points have been updated and there is a number of ways in which you can spend your points. Why anyone would speak badly about them is beyond me. They are a brilliant company and I have used them for a long time and will continue using them for as long as possible. I would even be more than happy to share my phones usage with them for free and not be rewarded points as I think they are that good. Long may they continue to operate as a company. I really can't speak more highly about this company and I always will.

Absolute crock

Absolute crock. Opting out of their nefarious tracking is IMPOSSIBLE. Keep sendingme email that my privacy request needs action. Takes me a few minutes to manage to log into the privacy portal, and their is no request there at all. Criminal level of deliberately making it impossible to opt out of their privacy invasion.

Scam company do not use

Scam company do not use! Others have said that they don't pay you or do what they promised. I signed up with them and changed my mind and deleted their app and ever since then they have been harassing me with non stop calls which is NOT at all professional. What if something happened to me and I was sick? They just gonna call me every hour to see if I answer? lol it ain't any of their business where I am and if I left their stupid company scam. I keep blocking their number but they call me from a new number every day...yeah that's suspicious. Have reported them for harassment.

Scam

Scam. They were collecting my data for over a year and when I wanted to claim rewards they email me that my account being disabled due to policy and I cannot claim rewards. Avoid this company.

Absolutely awful

Absolutely awful. I have tried about 6 times to register over 10 days , it never works and I finally got as far as downloading the info to my PC and it said Not Supported!!, I have asked for help and all I get is reminders to register . It seems like a big con to me, don't bother as you will never see a scanner let alone be able to register your shopping & get points .

Rubbish

Like many people these days I was looking to make a little bit of money from working from home. They said if I downloaded their app onto my phone and on my desktop, they would monitor things and reward me points which I could get goods for. I did this and the points were gained. Then after a month or so of them getting their information, they emailed me and said I wasn't suitable, therefore would not be gaining anymore points. The 800 points I had gained were worthless, could only get a voucher worth £2.50!! what a big con - don't waste your time,

I just spent an hour answering all…

I just spent an hour answering all their questions so I could take part in their paid surveys. After all of the time I spent completing their survey it was a complete waist of my time. Their reply to me after answering all their very personal question about my health insurance and if I was interested in coverage that would help pay the 20% that Medicare did not cover. Also asking questions about if I had been injured in any vehicle accidents, if I had any mesh implants that caused any medical problems, if I had ever used talcum powder and was diagnosed with cancer and if I had ever used Zantac and was diagnosed with cancer. There were several other questions about other products asking the same kind of questions. Then was told I cannot install Nielsen app on this device. They already knew what device I was using to answer all their questions. So they got all of my information email, phone number and home address. I now receive at least 10 to 15 calls a day from health insurance representative trying to sell me insurance. Oh I can't leave out the questions about if I have $10,000 or more in credit card debt or $10,000 or more I owe the government for taxes. I receive at least 20 calls a day from representatives to repair my credit or automated calls about debt forgiveness for taxes owed. I have no credit card debt nor do I owe the government for taxes. I also now receive calls about renewing a warranty on my vehicle. I don't even own a vehicle. Each time any of those Representatives Paul about any of those different things I try to explain that I do not need their services and ask politely to be taken off of their calling list only way to be hung up on and the next day it starts all over again.

In my experience this software acted like a virus

In my experience this software acted like a virus. In 2 days it screwed up my laptop to such a degree it was very difficult to get at it to delete. My IT lesson learned for 2019 - don't entertain this company, any incentive they offer is not worth the hassle. I asked them for help, no reply!
