The shipping takes too long and the…

The shipping takes too long and the order was broken up into separate shipments.I would only recommend IF you have the time and patience to wait for your items.

Good product

The 2nd customer service officer was really great helpful and customer oriented than the 1st officer. Without her help, I don’t think I will purchase from your shop.
Meanwhile, I tried the products and its germination rate is goood.

Extremely bad company - MOLDY FOOD ITEMS

Extremely bad company. I ordered 3 loaves of Katz Gluten-Free Oat Bread and 1 pack of New Grains Gluten-Free Blueberry Bagels. After waiting 3 weeks (no expected shipping is given when you order), I am shocked to receive the items in such completely inedible condition. All 4 food items arrived moldy throughout. It is absolutely disgusting and unacceptable for food items to have been shipped in this condition. There is a foul smell coming from the bags. It is disgusting and unhygenic. The oat bread is also completely crumbled and wet. I am waiting for a response and demanding a full refund.

Awful experience

Awful experience, after one month without any updated re my order I wrote Cuatomer Service and they told me the item was having some delay but I they would sent it in some days, a week later my order was cancelled without previous notice and the reimbursement was below the amount charged.
Never again.

A good experience

A good experience. Delivery is slow but they make that clear and the shipping prices make it worth the wait. I will use this company for all my needs.

The package was well packed

The package was well packed, though there were still a few pieces of cookies broken.

The package was delivered without notification. You wouldn't know it has arrived if you didn't track it yourself.

4 first aid kits..never arrived!!

Ordered 4 first aid kits. They were meant to be delivered within 7-10 days. After 2 weeks I chased, and was told to wait a further 2 weeks. Over 1 month after ordered I was told they were returned by the courier after an error!!! I don't believe this at all. Terrible service the whole time. Never use this company for any important products.

UPDATED - After receiving my refund I was emailed by Ninelife who had the cheek to request that I amend this review!! I couldn't believe the nerve...why would I amend this??...because they provided me with a refund for items I never received after waiting over 1 month for them...I don't think so...the experience is still the same. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

FURTHER - I was contacted by Trustpilot asking for more information about this case as Ninelife wanted to know more about it or the review would be taken down....firstly Ninelife know all about it and its a further attempt by them to have this review taken down. I sent Trustpilot all the relevant information, and they did the right thing and verified this review. I wish Ninelife had put as much effort into my order as they have in trying to get this honest review removed.
