Tailored slim pants, pls get them avslible again
Trough the last couple of years I have ordered several trousers from Ninepine. The delivery has always been fast. I had no trouble when returning once, but it was a bit more difficult than what I have experienced with others.
From Ninepine Its great that one can order trousers with the lenght fitting. The first ones I ordered were Tailored slim pants. They were fantastic. After they were no longer avaliable in my size, I have tried other models, but none of them can compare the quality and comfort of the Tailored slim. The Tailored slim fabric is different and thicker than the other trousers I have bought. The others are thinner and more static and attrackts hair and dust, some dont have pockets, others "zip-pockets". The Tailored slim have open deep front pockets and it's possible to use a belt. I really hope you will get the Tailored slim on again. I also got others to love them and they miss them...

It also means a great deal to hear how much you loved the Tailored Slim trousers. They were a favourite for many, and we completely understand why the thicker fabric, the deep open pockets, the belt loops, and the overall structure made them a very special piece.
The Tailored Slim has since been discontinued and replaced with our Tailored Ponte Straight Trouser. This updated version has a slightly lighter fabric and some design changes based on broader customer feedback. We know that updates like these won’t be perfect for everyone, especially when a beloved style had very specific features that worked so well for you.

Still haven’t received my purchase…
Still haven’t received my purchase ordered on 8th March despite being allegedly out for delivery with FedEx two consecutive days. Now being informed the estimated date will be Monday 23/3/26. I sent two emails yesterday to Ninepine but no response. Some helpline you’ve got! Get rid of FedEx.

Ninepine is a company I discovered through Instagram. At first, I was hesitant to place an order because I had never heard of them. But that fear was completely unfounded! The trousers (I now have 9 pairs) are incredibly comfortable. The fabric is of great quality and fits beautifully. And even after many washes, they still retain their shape and the color is beautiful! They are shipped to you carefully and well-packaged. In short, a young and dynamic top company that now also has a store in Amsterdam, which you can simply visit in person.

Great comfortable trousers
I have bought two pairs of nine pine asana pants. Found the quality absolutely perfect as long as you read the reviews on the sizing you will have no problems . I find the small a good size 12 in the U.K.

Worst return service of any company I have ever dealt with and that's saying something! Expensive and complicated. They make it as difficult as possible for the buyer.Never would I even attempt to buy from them again.

I love both my Asana Relaxed Pant and Tailored Relaxed Trouser. They are so comfortable, a great weight for an Australian winter and perfect for travel. I will definitely buy again from Ninepine.
However just as outstanding, if not more so, was their customer service. I could not speak more highly of the help and responsiveness I received after an error I made. It made no difference that I am in Australia and it involved international shipping. Thank you so much. Ninepine is a brand you can trust!

Delivery was fast as always and size (XL) fits like a glove. I like a bit of extra ‘space’ in my sweaters.

The best trousers ever
I bought my first pair of Asana trousers a few years ago and they instantly became my favourite! Several different colours later, my first black pair still haven't faded. The fact that they come in different lengths makes them a winner for a short person like me! Quick delivery and excellent customer service - a really nice company with quality products that are made to last.

Quality products and service
I have 7 or 8 items from Ninepine- all of them terrific. I particularly like the style of the midi skirt. I have the Navy in a medium, and it fits perfectly. I am 5'2", average build, and this hits me mid-calf. I love that it looks polished and professional while also being comfortable. It is a similar fabric to the slacks (I have 3 or 4) - perhaps a bit heavier.
I had one problem with a size not fitting, and the return for credit was easy and a positive experience. I highly recommend Ninepine for good customer service and products.

High return fee
The jeans feel nice and the quality seems good, though nothing particularly exceptional. The stretch fabric makes them fit well and comfortably; however, I’m concerned they may lose their shape over time because of the stretch. What I find disappointing is the €7–8 return fee. Jeans can be difficult to size correctly, which is why I usually prefer buying them in-store to try them on first. Charging a return fee as an online shop feels rather customer-unfriendly.

Ours are designed to keep their shape, but we’re always here if something doesn’t perform as expected.
Regarding the return fee: we hear you. Jeans can be one of the trickiest items to size online, and it’s absolutely fair to want flexibility when trying them. For EU customers we offer free exchanges, precisely because we know sizing can vary, something many brands have unfortunately stopped offering altogether. This allows you to switch sizes or styles at no extra cost.
For returns, the small fee helps us keep our prices fair and our production responsible, but your feedback is genuinely valuable and something we take seriously as we continue improving our service.

Quality not as expected considering the cost and not only that if you are in the U.K be careful because if you don’t like the item or it doesn’t fit you lose a lot of money returning this item back to Stockholm it was a costly mistake for me I shall not order from these people again

Regarding returns from the UK, we try to be as transparent as possible on our website about the return fee. Unfortunately, returns coming from outside the EU involve additional customs handling and processing on our side, which makes them significantly more costly for us to manage. The £6.90 fee covers only part of that cost, and we absorb the rest so customers don’t have to pay the full amount.
That said, we completely understand how disappointing it feels when an item doesn’t work out and returning it ends up costing more than expected. Your feedback is valuable, and we’re continuously reviewing our policies to make the process as fair and smooth as possible for everyone.
