Customer service very poor,cancelled order.

Order was misplaced first time round. Contacted ninja on the phone to be helped in ordering again. Then my order got cancelled for no reason at all and had to wait to be reimbursed.

Very poor on an induction hob

The quality of these pans is good in use. However, the primary reason for the purchase was our move to an induction hob. I assumed for months that the issue was the hob itself, as it takes ages to heat a pan of water. Having just bought an £8 pan to test it, it turns out that these Ninja pans are really not effective on an induction hob - they work, but they are very poor. It’s doubtless too late to swap them now and I wish I’d done the test sooner. So, beware assuming that because something says it’s induction compatible, that it means that they are any good. It doesn’t and we will now have to buy new pans, having committed hundreds to this set. A shame, as apart from this major issue, they are nice to use.

Ninja Creami swirl potential health danger

I purchased the Creami swirl in November. I always wash every tool immediately after use as I have a granddaughter with a dairy allergy. I recently noticed an earthy smell in the kitchen similar to a mouldy potato. Finally found that it was coming from the ice cream maker. When I removed the outer bowl lid the very thin rubber seal contained dried residue of ice cream obviously causing a build up of bacteria! All the tools get a thorough clean in soapy water but this ring was not noticeable at all. I contacted Ninja with no response. I have 4 other Ninja appliances which I am satisfied with but this machine is a complete let down. As it was only purchased in November. I expect a refund for an item not fit for use and also very dangerous in view of the bacteria issue and the effect on people with allergies.

Mixed review

Mixed review! The machine I bought was terrible (Ninja Prestige DualBrew). Would avoid if you want a robust machine.
My machine leaked constantly after only 1 use which was really disappointing as otherwise it worked well to dispense coffee from both sides. The machine itself is not very strong and felt quite flimsy compared to other machines I have used. Customer Service arranged for a new machine e bug then cancelled it without explanation. I then had to argue with them in order to get a refund. Once processed, this was done quickly - up until this point, my experience has been rubbish with them. I subsequently left a review on their website, which they have taken down as the review (a negative one) “did not meet the website guidelines”.
