This company was freaking amazing ! The DTF was brilliant , vibrant &, arrived quickly ! Everything was very well packaged. I can,t say enough great things about Ninja Transfers. 10/10 - highly recommend !! I will definitely be a return customer.

My second order with Ninja Patch, and I'm so impressed!! from the ease uploading my designs, to the discounts, to the quick turnaround!! How fun it is to create your own swag and an affordable price!!!I had an issue with one of my designs and they sent it corrected within a few days and gave me a credit. I have already referred Ninja to a local candle maker!! I will continue to use this company!!

I ordered a heat press sticker and asked to cancel a few minutes later because i wanted a transfer sticker and the rep said oh we cant cancel its already being printed. I litterally just paid a few minutes ago. so now i get to throw a way a sheet when i get it no thanks

1day Guarantee doesn't always mean it will be one day! And yes they may issue a shipping refund but that doesn't save you from prints that are no longer needed because they shipped out the next day and not same day. Also I received package Thursday instead of Tuesday and prints were cut through. A sloppy mistake that also makes myself look bad when I have to keep pushing orders out. Waste of money. There is no guarantee and now I'm out $120. No refund or partial refund was even offered considering this was on them.

Tristine was absolutely phenomenal took care of my issue quickly as well as advised on how to possibly prevent it in the future. Where two other reps misadvised and failed Tristine shined. Dont ever let her go!

I placed a order a couple of weeks ago and it never arrived
(not Ninja Transfers fault) due to a shipping issue of order being lost. I become concerned and reached out by email to customer service and they sent another order out 2 day delivery and it arrived today and the the transfers are perfect and will Ninja Transfers again real soon. Thanks again for great customer service.

If I could give a 0 I would ! This company claims to be the best in DTF that’s a flat out LIE ! SUPER DISRESPECTFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE !! Extremely POOR
app, just all around Garbage company to deal with NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AFTER YOU SPEND OVER $1K is when all of a sudden major issues This company will make you lose money !!!

Slow service and shipping. They pick the slowest cheapest shipping to send items when you’ve already paid hundreds of dollars per gang sheet and then offer quicker shipping for more than it’s worth. Production is slow especially when the gang sheets are assembled and approved to print as is by the customer so there’s nothing they need to do on their end but make sure the printer is ready to go and then press print. I ordered 4 days ago it and just shipped. Then they throw it on cardboard triangles not sturdy tubes and so I can receive stomped on prints. I try paying extra for shipping for it to get here within the week otherwise their standard shipping would’ve taken over a week to 10 days. That’s with expedited. I paid another company half of what I paid Ninja to ship just the other day and I’m getting my gang sheets from them today. Their total print and travel time? 2 days. 2 days!!! They literally have ups overnight it without my paying gratuitous fees. I keep trying to justify ordering via Ninja Print but I’m never being your victim again.

I’m new ordering through Ninja Transfers. I love the transfers and custom service is awesome helping with orders when requiring assistance. I plan to continue ordering from this company.

This is the third time I’ve ordered from this company! The site is a little hard to navigate the first time but when you get it, it’s easy! The transfers an absolutely beautiful! Blank shirts are the best price i’ve seen ANYWHERE! This is easily the best way to go if you need business Merch! Shipping was unbelievably fast! Highly recommend Ninja and will continue to use them! Thank you!

Shipping took a week longer than promised and I had to make an emergency run to staples to print stickers in a pinch to make it to the event I printed these for.

I requested these to be thru-cut circles but instead they came with tacky peel tabs with a black border around the circle kiss-cut sticker, I had specifically built bleed into my file to be used with information about my file, but these guys seem to print their products using an automated workflow with likely no human intervention, or at least no professional Prepress intervention.

The material is good enough quality though. I work at a print shop, so I could easily have produced these myself for way cheaper and way higher quality, but I'm trying to network with other companies and didn't want to sabotage myself.

I have ordered several times now and have been extremely happy with every order! I have also had to order a few last minute using 2 day shipping and they have delivered on time every single time! Will continue being a frequent customer!

Seamless experience. Everything from the gang sheet creation to delivery was smooth. I received my order exactly when I expected and packaging was great. I even received a patch sample.
