I received no service at all.

I made three requests to exchange currency and travelled to two different branches in different parts of the city. Neither branch was able to exchange my money. I was told that I had to wait for confirmation that the currency was available and that I would then be contacted and told when to come in.

It has now been two weeks, and I have received no confirmation or update.

For this reason, I am giving a rating of 0. Please contact one of the branches where I submitted my requests, arrange the currency exchange, and email me to confirm exactly when and where I can come to exchange my money.

The best place to exchange money, always pleasant and helpful staff! Better rate is to order online and collect from the store (you have to pay upon collection - a lot of people miss that advantage!) definitely will continue to use Epsom branch and thank you for your hard work!
