Good rate and helpful staff at collection point
Good rate and when I went in to Barrhead Travel in Gordon Street, Glasgow the staff were very helpful. Id ordered a week ahead of when i needed the currency, but, nfortunately, when ordering the currency it wasn't clear to me that it would only be held for collection for up to 2 days. That meant I lost out on much better rate of exchange.

Had my order processed and ready to collect in a day, perfectly timed. Both ladies at the Cannon Street locations desk were friendly and efficient in their service, despite it being so close to lunchtime.

Great knowledge and professional service
This was a great experience because of the friendly, professional and knowledgable staff member. I was changing pounds to dollars to take to Africa and she was super-careful to give me exactly what I needed. Not everyone would have been so aware of the needs of someone taking dollars to Africa.
