Well made solid bed
Well made solid bed and easy to put together for one person. No problem with the delivery and I had a courtsey phone call from the business which was a nice touch. Only thing I'd recommend to Nodax is to upgrade the supplied allen key as it stripped after 3 bolt uses.

Failed delivery, but…
Sadly I did not receive my order due to DX failing to deliver the product in its entirety, leading to me having to reject delivery.
Thankfully Magda at the company handled the situation well. From what I can see, the products look great and maybe I will return in the future but their courier does seem to let them down at times so perhaps they need to address this situation before the courier starts to effect their reputation - they are certainly losing them money.

Great product, great service
It was great being able to select the delivery date when we placed the order. Having placed the order, we received a phone call from the company to clarify/correct something - brilliant. The goods arrived, and the quality of the materials and the kit (clear instructions and how it all went together, etc) was excellent. Would definitely recommend.

Our small double bed and comfortable…
Our small double bed and comfortable mattress are exactly what we wanted and we are particularly grateful to Damian who carried it all up a very steep path and lots of awkward stairs to our loft room. He kindly put the bed together for us and was helpful in every way. The bed looks great. It arrived flat-packed in three parts so I was able to carry it into my flat by myself. It was easy to assemble. The order and delivery process was smooth.

Great company - highly recommend
We bought an absolutely beautiful bed from this company. It's stunning; really good quality at a reasonable price. The customer service is second to none - we were able to bring our delivery forward by two weeks. Delivery service was also perfect.
The only complaint is that the instructions for the bed were unclear and confusing. Once we had sorted them out, it was simple to build the bed.
All in all, highly recommend

Reasonable price for a solid bed frame. 100% solid for all components. The bed slats are strong and sturdy. There are 4 strong supportive legs, NOT one. Very happy.

Amazing customer service
We've had a Nodax bed for over 5 years and it is still in excellent condition. We recently moved house and unfortunately lost two of the bed's supporting legs during the move. We contacted Nodax to ask whether they sold spare parts and they generously sent us new supporting legs completely free of charge and within two days. This is truly brilliant customer service and has saved us from having to buy a whole new bed. Thank you so much!

Great service and free delivery to Cornwall on a date of our choosing. So convenient.
