Orders arrived promptly and well packaged lovely skincare products inside the order and a nice note from noddy.
People give small businesses a hard time like what I have read but I have ordered from tiktok brands who don’t care about customers yet you get amazing ones like this one who go above and beyond I’m sure I read a team of 2 people my ordered arrived 3 days later yet I’m waiting on one from a big company nearly 5 weeks on.
Much rather shop small and the products are really luxury high quality. Cannot fault this company at all they will make great presents as well

The lives made me buy and I’m not disappointed 3 orders I made and I got 4 I checked with the team was everything okay did I get someone else’s and they send me a free box as a Thankyou for my support and all the orders! Blown away by the kindness and how fun the lives are very addictive. Quick delivery and great customer service. Love the brands I got and already made my next order which is already dispatched

Order 8781

This company is just not worth the hassle, in this day and age for orders to take nearly 3 weeks (this was 1st order) , clearly they didnt expect it to take off this much or they dont have the staff.

(2nd order) I placed my order on the 13th November and was told on the 23rd that its still not shipped and would be shipped tomorrow, now the 27th and still no order tracking sent ( as it says it will send once shipped) .

I gave this company as 2nd chance as the products were good ( my 1st order took nearly 3 weeks to come) and looked like it just sat with Evri for weeks at least i got tracking info on that order.

I wont be using them again, and if you are looking for Christmas presents I literally would advise you not to place an order as it will take weeks to get to you.

Loved my orders all came really quickly and customer service is brilliant.
I got to try new brands which I loved and also got some huge brands like Kate sommerville which I was shocked about.
Really happy with my experience and will be shopping again with them

22/11/23 17:29pm- Recieved an email saying that I am finally getting a refund, sad it had to take a negative review for this to happen

Can't believe how terrible customer service have been, placed an order on October 2nd (order no. 8625) and was sent my tracking, after a few days recieved an update stating my order was in transit but it never arrived

Over the past 7 weeks I have sent countless emails and Instagram messages regarding this issue (only one of which has been replied to with them telling me they would contact Evri about the matter... that was October 23rd) since then I have followed up with a message and email asking for a full refund, this again has been ignored

Cannot describe how disappointed I am especially as the items were going to be christmas presents

I don’t know where to start with this amazing small biz!

The owner is truly the nicest person I have spoken with and does her up most for customers.

I got my last order last week around 7 days from dispatch to delivery and my order came today from 3 days ago and as always 10/10 personally chooses products that we love and to our needs / skin concerns.

I spoke with a lady on customer service who was exceptional and solved all my questions and was a pleasure to speak with and offered so much help and advice.

I see a lot of businesses getting flack with Black Friday and this one is fantastic quick shipping and updates personally.

I will always shop here for skincare now and even makeup in future incredible team.

The lives are so much fun as well and full of chats and laughs!

Beautiful products at a fraction this brand has introduced me to so many different brands and saved me a lot of money. I have ordered a total of 7 times now all quick delivery and I know they are a tiny team I think 1/2 people? And my orders are so quick and I love everything I have had not one thing I haven’t liked. The team are also super helpful I reached out not understanding how to use a product the owner herself contacted me and sent me a video on how to use each product and the benefits of each one I mean what other company does that really? The service is impeccable. Like everyone else the hype of this new brand is real and NODBEAUTY have gained a customer for life.

I hate leaving negative reviews but I feel I have no other choice.
I'm so fed up of being palmed off over messages and just not getting anywhere. I'm now going to have to go through the bank to do a dispute for goods not recieved. I've been so understanding with the company, allowed time for illness and postage delays as I understand these things happen. I've also ordered multiple times. I've had some sort of issue with everything I have ordered so far. I gave the benefit of doubt and ordered again knowing that sometimes things go wrong.
I ordered on the website x 2 on the 26th of septmeber and won a double up on my orders.
I then ordered on tiktok shop after that.
The tiktok shop orders arrived first... website ordered were nowhere to be seen.
3 weeks later the website orders turned up. No double up in sight.
I gave the company the benefit of doubt and ordered again via tiktok. 2 items out if 5 were missing.
Customer service has been so bad.
Its now been 7 weeks of messaging with absolutely no resolution. I've been told it has "been sent, wait till Friday, wait till tuesday, this will get sorted today".
I feel like this is my last straw to get this issue sorted.
I have told them multiple times if I'm not going to get it just let me know. Don't promise me I will, then let me down. Its put me off ordering again in the future.

I've had to message so many times and they get ignored for a while then a really short message, so I think we are getting somewhere, then radio silence.

It's been one of the worst experiences I've had with a company in my opinion.

The last correspondence with the company was on Monday where I was assured "this will be sorted today". 3 days later messages are being ignored and no resolution so I'm at a lost cause with it. Love the products and the idea behind the company but customer service needs a massive shake up. Hopefully this issue gets resolved, but I'm not holding out much hope.

Update: had a responce from from customer service that this had been sorted after alot of back and two. Miscommunication about what order i had wont the double up as it was never confirmed. Was told I would recieve tracking information if I sent my email over... and that the delivery of my double up would arrive in 1/3 days. I've not yet recieved an email with any tracking on and its 4 days later. Had to send my email twice. I felt like the issues I had raised via the dms on insta had not been read when sorting this issue out and had to repeat myself more than once. Again not hopeful I will actually recieve anything but we will see. It really is a shame.

I got in touch again as nothing came from royal mail as advised.

Another bix was sent out to me via evri which has arrived. Unfortunately I have recieved many duplicates which isn't great but it is what it is at this point.

It has been resolved just a shame it took so long and so much back and forth. Hopefully customer service will be better from this point.

After several successful orders through tiktok I placed two orders via their website. The first of which the lady was packaging on tiktok my order came up and she missed one of the items from my order, I tried over and over again to say this in the comments and was ignored, eventually emailing them and she promised to sort it, the order arrived and it was missing, emailed and was promised this would be sorted, it never has.

The second order to this day hasnt arrived, despite so many messages to them I just keep getting emails saying did you not get our previous emails which is just a fob off and I can see by the other reviews this is what is said to others. I paid for items which a month down the line I havent received. Such a shame as the lady appeared to be so geniune but this is becoming so stressful, I shouldnt have to chase it, I asked for a refund and not happened either.

Update - no missing item has been received please provide tracking. As for the 4 emails they have all been replied to, one said it was on its way the others said arent you getting our emails, the level of service here is shocking. The tracking for order 8563 says pending collection and not even received by Evri. Honestly this is so bad its laughable.
