Made an order on April 23 saw after ordering it had a 7 day presale until dispatched, I also selected next day delivery with the order. I emailed twice up to it being dispatched, neither email was responded too, I messaged on TikTok which got one reply then I was never responded to again. Order was finally ‘sent’ on the 11th May I’m still waiting now over a week later. I have emailed twice and again had no response. I used to use the company frequently a while ago but stopped due to the same issue but saw there was a good offer on and thought I’d give it another chance, to just be left with the same issue wondering if it’s actually been posted or if it’s been lost.

I previously didn’t have a good experience where my order didn’t arrive for a long time, some miscommunication and missing items. However, the company made this right by giving a partial refund and sending extra items. I decided to order again, and I got given a voucher code due to my previous experience. Customer service was great, the person was friendly. My items arrived in a few days, and I’m very happy with what I received (mystery box). Great value for money. I did query with them if I had been blocked on TikTok as I can’t find them on there and love to look at TikTok deals, however the company said I’m not blocked. Still can’t see their TikTok, but grateful for my products and customer service seems a lot better! Thank you

Every time I order from Nodbeauty I always get the best customer service the team are a dream! Products are high end! I ordered 2 of the beauty mystery try me boxes on tiktok and honestly I was shocked how good value for money they are they were £15 each and with all the stuff I got ( I looked up prices online) everything came to £200 so such a steal!!! Will definitely be back to shop soon!

Ordered a parcel for my sisters birthday in March and i had to chase up the parcel nearly every day. They kept saying it would be with me the in the next few days but would never provide evidence of this. This is not my first experience with them as i ordered a mystery box which also never came. Eventually three weeks later they told me they had send it next day delivery however it did come with half the things missing!!!! Extremely frustrating as i told them i needed the parcel for a birthday now i have half my stuff missing! it was a big order as well worth 100. From reading other reviews i see other people have also had the same problem! i would avoid because it’s a big faff and you should never have to chase a parcel as i have with these and you would think after all the back and forth communication the least they could do was get the order right. So angry about this. i know wait times for processing are a thing however it has took a huge wait and chasing to even get half of my items.
UPDATE
they refunded the amount for the missing items on a gift card so i may re order. i advised them i required items next day delivery and then had to pay another ten pound for royal mail next day delivery. [ i feel i shouldn’t of had to seems all three of my orders either haven’t come or been missing]. when i asked them for a tracking number they couldn’t provide as they said it could be with royal mail or DPD. I paid for royal mail so if it’s been shipped with other companies which were cheaper then that’s frustrating it’s self because i’ve paid ten pound to receive by 1PM. Fast forward it’s 12 and still not here so i will update if it does arrive but i have no faith because if it was out for delivery they would have tracking. As company reply stated working days so i will wait until monday and see what happens from that point onward and hopefully will
receive order. i am happy to update review positively if it’s received as they have been helpful today to get it sorted for me.

Quick delivery products are incredible really impressed with everything was curious after seeing a Facebook ad but glad I ordered and I wasn’t let down one of the best I have ordered online ‘beauty box £25’ total value inside £130

Speedy delivery and so many free products inside very happy I found nodbeauty and how generous they are with customers and I really love and enjoy how they speak about other brands telling us if we can buy it cheaper anywhere else on live and to shop at other stores and support other businesses.
You don’t hear of such kindness this day and age and I will be a lifetime customer my order was a huge saving came within 48 hours and I had a total of 4 free products

I have been a really big fan of nodbeauty for a very long time despite the orders generally arriving late, due to the owner being lovely and products being good value for money. Unfortunately i have been waiting for a refund and some vouchers for over a year and the only reason why i have had to leave a review is that i have been fobbed off too many times now. After numerous messages back and forth along with false promises of resolutions i am now being left on seen without even a reply. I think this is really unfortunate and unprofessional way to treat old customers who still buy from the business despite its flaws.. Sorry it has had to come to this!

Order arrived promptly well packaged and good prices for luxury skincare got a few bargains and the beauty boxes are best to buy. Will buy again for sure

Super quick delivery always helpful and nice love the NODBEAUTY community and the mods on lives. Company that caters to everyone love the owner she’s incredible and so involved with customers. Products are always fab and I couldn’t afford them individually the company makes it possible every time!!!
Would tell anyone reading to buy I got a great saving on the website and on TikTok excited to place my next order

Guess what …. Still no parcel or replies . I’ve never known a company tell so many fibs / excuses . Looking at the reviews I’m not the only one . I have confirmed email address( and switched emails to give the benefit of the doubt ) confirmed address / checked my spam / confirmed just send anything ( products out of stock ) had patience as it’s bank holiday … we are now on bank holiday 4 ! Be warned

Shock still no parcel - my address has been confirmed ( several times ) I’ve allowed the time for another bank holiday ! I’ve changed email address to make sure that wasn’t the issue . This has gone on since Jan/ Feb . I’ve never known a company like it . So many excuses / fibs . Be warned

Not received and I’ve been through this before my details are correct etc etc . The details you have are correct . I was told you had popped me out for express delivery and to let you know when it arrived .

Totally forgot as life got busy . Decided to use my other email address , due to the “ issues “ with my other plus my social media . I tried to rectify one more time before going to ASA/ trading standards . Over a week ago I got an apology and a reply ! Items were getting sent by express delivery and guess what …. Still no products .

7 weeks today I ordered it . 11 days since the evri update that they were waiting on it ( see below ) nod beauty say it’s left them . I think I just need to realise it’s not coming and report to the relevant authorities .
Multiple things don’t add up. Lots of positive reviews , I really hope these are genuine customers and not the people that as per tik tok are part of PR .

As mentioned in my DM’s I’m now late giving to my niece for her 18th . As I mentioned before , perhaps I’m not a priority as I won the voucher /only paid a little towards .

I won a voucher on the 2nd of January with this company . I saw some bits and after a bit of following up received my code on the 30th of Jan . I placed an order on the 30th January using my voucher code and putting a few pounds extra to it . I’m yet to receive my order 5 weeks this Tuesday after placing . I was told a few weeks ago it had been dispatched ( despite my order status not changing ) I’ve also been told they’ve been busy .maybe it’s because I won via a competition I have had a different experience.

The same lip plump is £69 online and I got it for a very small fraction of the original price .. then when i received my order there was a little present in the box which I was not expecting and it’s red to and it matches my hair ❤️ I was so shocked when I had two little boxes and thought surely this was a mistake but it wasn’t and was a little gift from nodbeauty.. the prices are good and the customer service is excellent and I buy alot online . Received it quickly to and I know you can’t help postage as Royal Mail are taking time at the moment .

Orders arrived and the brands are better than expected high end luxury brands very expensive and a freebie which I didn’t expect from them.

This is my second time ordering from NODBEAUTY and I love there products!! I only ordered two days ago and it came today so super chuffed it’s here for Christmas!! Such good quality skin care and make up and amazing prices!! I couldn’t recommend NODBEAUTY enough!!
